The best!

Happy with the products of Okdermo! I use Triluma for my hyperpigmentation and within 3 days I noticed improvement of my skin. Great! Be aware to start slowly and don't overdo. The Customer service of Okdermo is by far one of the most friendly services I have ever experienced. Unfortunately one can't allways depend on the postal services. Without any hesitations Hanna of Customer Service resend another product, when I didn't receive my order. Thank you very much Hannah & Okdermo. Stay safe!

I received excellent customer service…

I received excellent customer service from OKDERMO. My sales associate gave me all the tracking info and product information I needed. Their response time to my emails was immediate. Acne products are so so bad

EN: I bought these acne products. It is sooo ineffective. It looks like we are applying water to the skin. Money thrown out the window!!!!

FR: J'ai achété ces produits pour mon acné. C'est tellement ineffiace. Les produits n'ont aucun effet on dirait qu'on s'applique de l'eau. Autant jeter l'argent par la fenêtre !!

Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience. I placed an Order on November 4th, waited 6 weeks,still nothing. They made me do all the work in contacting Usps and they said my package is lost no movement since JFK airport..OKdermo never offered to refund me after waiting for so long, they just sent another package and 4 weeks later I still don't have that package either. They will not help me at all. Very poor customer service. They do not care that I've waited for 10 weeks and they don't care if I have to take a total loss on this order

REPLY TO OKDERMO'S REPLY: First of all, how dare you. I DID open a claim on Saturday January 16th. It took me a few days because the claims process needs your address and package details that I did not have because only the SELLER would have those details! That is why I asked you to start the claim, 3 times!! You would not start the claim. I have tons of email evidence of that conversation. The package was NOT SIGNED BY ME, that is literally the first thing that I emailed you I when I looked at the tracking and it said signed! Yes I told both you AND USPS that the package had my first initial and last name and that it was fraud who ever signed my name including the USPS driver. You have no idea what you're talking about. A little tip, don't accuse your customers of being suspicious when you don't know what you're talking about!

Due to pandemic situation delivery taking longer, sometimes parcels lost during the transport. We reshipped your order for free via the Express shipping method. The reshipped order has been delivered successfully and marked as delivered via the USPS tracking website. You said that you never signed the package but don't want to open a case with the USPS. It is quite suspicious, don't you think?

We wanted you to open a case with your local USPS post office to check who picked your parcel - but you declined our request for some unknown reasons, it is even more suspicious, because if you are right in this situation USPS would confirm that your parcel actually was delivered to someone else instead of you. But you don't want to use this chance to prove the truth.

We want to help you but it seems that what you say is not true because the parcel had been delivered and signed by you as mentioned on a parcel tracking website. Please check the package with your nearest neighbors, maybe they picked up your package and signed for you.

Please understand, we can't be responsible that someone locally picked your parcel instead of you, as you said, unfortunately.

We didn't know that you opened a claim, you didn't say us anything regarding this. We immediately provided you full package details and shipping address.

We can't open a case because we are not a recipient - only a recipient can open such cases. We can't post here tracking details but we emailed you the tracking link that contains the tracking information with the signature with your name and surname.

Dear Jess, for us, as a seller, the official confirmation of the delivery - is a tracking link with the delivery confirmation which we both have. We simply can't be so kind and reship everyone's orders even if they officially (according to tracking details) confirmed as delivered by the post service.

It is your local USPS post service issue, we are not responsible for that and not related to it. Kindly asking to understand that.

After the investigation please let us know and we will continue our discussion.

Company has changed....

I have ordered from this company over the last 2 years and never had an issue...until now.
The good: 1. clear updates on shipping status and delivery date (to US is about 4 weeks) and 2. when available, brand name product with long expiration dates. 3. they respond to emails promptly (although they do not address any issues).
The BAD: 1. they no longer accept credit card payment. You must pay via a direct transfer of immediate funds to them through your bank or credit card.
2. if you order Brand name and they are out of stock, they automatically ship you Generic without contacting you first. This is not stated anywhere on their website.
3. they do not offer a refund for the difference that you paid between the more expensive Brand name and the less expensive Generic name.
4. if you do not want to keep the substitute product (that you did not order), you must pay for return shipping and then they will send you a discount code for future orders.
**UPDATE**
I see that OKDERMO posted a response to my review. Let me make a couple of corrections to their response and then I will address what they offered. First, they stated that I did not address that I wanted a refund for the "substituted" product. This is not true. In my email to them, I stated everything that I stated above in my review as well as letting them know that I could not use their "substitute" product and wanted to return it to them for a refund. Second, it was stated that they reached out to me and I "stayed silent". It is true that they sent me an email right after I posted my original review here, asking me for my banking info so that they could refund me for the generic product. I did not see their email until the next day, when I immediately responded and gave them the requested info. They also asked me if I would revise my review. I have received my refund for the 2 products that I had not ordered. It is unfortunate that it took me having to leave my review here to have them offer the refund. I have upgraded from 1 star to 2 stars. FYI, they told me that the J&J/Janssen Retin A was discontinued by the manufacturer and may never be available again, yet they are still offering it for sale on their website.

This was exactly what I wanted

This was exactly what I wanted. It’s very difficult to find tretinoin where I live, so I’m very grateful I discovered this website. My order took a while to come because of COVID restrictions, but they delivered as soon as was possible. I would absolutely recommend and will be a returning customer. Before I ordered from Okdermo

Before I ordered from Okdermo, I had a lot of questions about the product I wanted. They responded almost immediately, even adviced me very well about the best choice for me. They were absolutely helpful in everything: whether in was the payment option or package delivery (as I´ve had some problems in my country with Customs Office but but they found a way to deliver the package to me) Their customer service is simply second to none. Order took a little bit of time to…

Order took a little bit of time to arrive because i am in africa, and they are sent by local post. The costumer service though is the best i have dealt with fo far, and the products are fantastic. I definitely recommend.

not a fan

Been trying to buy for about a week now both times it was rejected because they didn’t accept my form of payment which is ok but I don’t want to pay with bitcoins because I know a lot of people that were scammed through it and I don’t trust it. I tried to use western union but I don’t know how to use it and the customer service of okdermo sucks and are very rude
