Placed an order June 29th, never received but they have received payment, website no longer exists!
Looks like I’ve lost my money.

Scam seller.
Item was orderd, took over 2 weeks to arrive after (claimed online 48 hours) I made numerous phone calls that weren't answered along with emails.
When the item did arrive (had to collect from my local parcel delivery firm)
It was the wrong paddleboard that was worth a lot less than the one originally paid for.
For once 'paul' answered the phone and I explained what had happened and he said that he would request a return label etc.
6 emails down now requesting a return label and still no response.
Telephone number is listed for numerous companies.
Real Micky mouse company.
I had no other option than to go to trading standards.
Avoid at all cost!!

Ordered kayak. No kayak sent. The company do not answer any messages in any format.
Absolute con.

Ordered a Kayak two weeks ago - their website states '48 hour tracked delivery'. Well - I got a tracking number that wasn't recognised and when I called them 5 days later to ask where the item was I was told the item had not been sent via a tracked, despite their website promising this. To date (2 weeks later) I've not received the item and despite contacting them at the start of the week the replacement item they promised never got sent out. Suspect this is a scam site, have requested a full refund so we'll see what happens but I'm not holding out much hope.
