No problems experienced
I do not like the tone of the TrustPilot feedback form. Also one of the parts on offer had to go on back order. I would have expected any parts included in an offer would also be in stock!
I would prefer not to be forced to become a TrustPilot registered user and will be very annoyed if my e-mail address is used for anything other than validating this feedback.

When we place an order even quite late in the afternoon we always seem to get next day delivery. When toners etc are required this is good service.

Ordered and paid viw the website, items received the following day. The packing was rather larger, maybe this could be looked at to reduce cost for you and also the impact on the environment... Other than that a very easy ordering process

Service With a Smile!!
We needed an item that was out of stock worldwide because of the tsunami a few years ago, however the lady who i spoke to at OKI was fantastic and really sympathetic - she listened to my problem and ascertained the emergency and swung into action immediately, placing an order with the supplier and keeping me updated on the status of my order. My order arrived on time and the Oki rep stayed in contact with me throughtout the transition so i was very happy with the service!

Good price and fast delivery!
There are many companies online to choose from. This is the second or third time I have used OKI Buyer and have received a good service from them. Your order is acknowledged and dealt with quickly and delivery was received in 1-2 days. Queries are dealt with efficiently and quickly by email which is a plus!

Amazingly quick service
Sent an order in late in the day - suspect it may well have been beyond the suggested 4:30 cut-off . . . but it was there the following day at about llunch-time.
