I have made my first order and have faced two issues. At first when I registered my profile and made my order I didn’t received 10€ discount as announced.
The second shipping should be “free shipping to your door” but I had to go to post office to pick up my order.
Before I received my order I contacted provider in messenger and I got very fast response.

Regarding the 10EUR discount you should have contacted us immediately to provide it to you although you should have received a Welcome email which included the discount code for the 10 EUR off at the bottom - please do check just in case it went to your spam. Now regarding the Free Shipping to your door - this is a Post office issue - because most of the orders for Ball Pools are received at home unless the recipient is not at home or the home is outside of delivery areas which we are not able to know ourselves.

Dear Dia, i'm really sorry that you found it to be different and for the inconvenience this might have caused you, but the photos of the product you purchased are photos provided by the brand itself and they are all the same worldwide and there was never an issue of difference mentioned by anyone.
