Customer Service Unhelpful
For the last orders I have placed at Okini Land, I have made very specific requests by getting in touch with Customer Service. However, all of them are always ignored. They never reply or do as requested.

As we explained to you, undervalue is not legal and we don't do it.
Please understand, it's not the customer to decide that and then you can't force us to do that even with bad review, it's the law of your country, it's not related to our service.
Very pleased with my order
Got my items for a great price. Shipping is a bit expensive, but that's to be expected shipping from Japan to North America. The packaging was also great!

Okini-land wants a good review after ALLEGEDLY sending me something I originally ordered TWO YEARS AGO!!

They NEVER made any effort, so I found it on AmiAmi. TWO YEARS AGO. By the way,Okini-land team, I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM YOU SENT - I don’t know WHERE the item was sent, but I never received ANYTHING. So this is the reason for One Star review.
I will NOT be using Okini-land in the present or future again.
***AGAIN, the item HAS made it to me, weeks later after being sent and TWO YEARS after originally ordering.
Based on this criteria of NO Communication, and then trying to SHIFT THE BLAME onto me guarantees that I will not change this review, and I screenshot ALL communication between us for future reference and proof.

As we explained to you without any request from you, we find one of your product hasn't been shipped by our mistake.
Since we didn't want scam you, we shipped.
If you didn't receive the parcel please be sure someone receive it (If I trust the tracking number), ask to friendly neightborhood or a member of your family.
Don't be afraid to contact your local post office if you think there is a problem or to get more information.

Stop using FedEx direct signature
It's hard to describe this as okini land's fault, but my experience was miserable all the same and I'll never buy from them again.
They had the item I was looking for that basically nobody had. They shipped it quickly, and they packaged it well. But it got shipped through FedEx requiring a direct signature.
This made it damn near impossible for me to actually GET my package. There were several obstacles, but they basically all come from me being a college student with a temporary address. It took a solid week of frustration, several phone calls, having to walk to a physical location, and showing them an electricity bill to actually receive my package.
Again, hard to say how much of that is okini land's fault, but I will never purchase from them again.

Please understand we ship with this option for the security of the parcel m(_ _)m
I understand your concern, if you live in a "peace" area, this option can be annoying.
Depends of country and area, deliver a parcel front of a door, it's not a good idea.
Since we are not able to know which place is safe or not, we decided to activated the option "signature required" for everyone to limit the problem of thief (really a pain in some country)
