First time using Okiniland. I am from the UK. They had Hoist for a great price with a fair postage rate. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition and was very well packaged. I am delighted. Would definitely buy from them again.

The company is very patient. They helped me every time I opened a ticket, with useful information that helped me very much. My country is very strict and, because of that, the package came back 2 times - but, after the last time, Okini offered a free shipping and the product is finally going to arrive!

Do not buy here. They are not a store, they are simply middlemen.
I bought a figure from Kotobukiya Koraidon, and after paying shipping and customs, the figure arrived with scratches.
I complained to them and they told me I had to contact the manufacturer, not them. What are they supposed to be, a store or a middleman? They took no responsibility whatsoever. I investigated and filed a complaint with the Japanese authorities.
Irresponsible, I spent 500€ on a defective product.
THEY ARE NOT A STORE, THEY JUST RESELL YOU JAPANESE PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY ARE JAPANESE.

You bought a Pokemon Center limited product which is limited to... Pokemon Center Japan (where you could buy it, if you prefer. I'm sure they will accept complain from oversea.)
I guess you misunderstanding what we said. We didn't tell you to contact the maker, we tell you, we are going to contact the maker.
Seems you misunderstanding, what is a shop and what's a maker.
You bought a sealed brand new product. But seems you got a defective one.
Unfortunately we are not the maker so we can't repair it by ourself.
Due to your complain, we proposed to you to ask to the maker if they have exchange plan for defective product.

Good prices but pretty unreliable shipping
Not a bad experience. The prices on the items and the shipping prices were really affordable. However, they took a few weeks to actually get the package to the shipping carrier. And I’m not sure if they’re at fault for this but my tracker is telling me the package is stuck in Tennessee and it’s been “running late” for quite a while now. I’ve never had this issue when shipping from any other website so I’m not too sure who’s completely at fault there. I bought another package from them a while back and they shipped it nearly instantly after I purchased it so It’s really 50/50 on whether or not they get your items to you in a reasonable amount of time. I gave it three stars because their prices are really good but there’s no guarantee on how efficient they’ll be at shipping your package to you.
