I WAS DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SIZE WHEN ARRIVED

We are very pleased with the pieces we ordered. Customer Service has been fantastic. Wish we could order lids for the pans we originally bought without lids.

Pan looks beautiful, need to learn how to properly use it.

Real solid quality pan that looks like it will last forever. It does however stick a little at times which I didn’t expect. I recommend using olive oil on the surface before cooking.

I have found that with proper care and tempered use of heat my pans work absolutely perfectly, thanks.

Bought a pan. It has been money well spent and is a great value for money. Hardly anything stick on it and washes like it's new.

Great product,....i have been cooking for a long time, and this titanium pans are great to cook with,..fast, non stick, nice and easy to clean, and they also looks good hanging in the kitchen ,....will buy more in the future ,..Thank you Okura for fast delivery and great presentation...is a pleasure to cook again.

Product itself is great. I bought the titanium 10" pan. Once it comes up to temperature with fat of choice in pan it's virtually non stick. Even made over easy eggs in it with no problem. Delivery took some time but worth the wait. Ordering was very easy and stress free.

I have the two handled large fry pan. I have had this pan for several months. It is definitely NOT non-stick, but still works well. Heating no higher than medium on MY stove still browns well. Clean up is a breeze if a small amount of water is put on the bottom, everything releases. It is light-weight and easy for my aging hands to move around.

I purchased the 11 in pan and lid. The pan is awesome!!! I tested it by purposely burning a sugary sauce onto the pan. (That is NOT how I cook!). I cleaned it off in under 60 seconds with soap and water and a regular dish cloth. I stirred eggs with a metal fork, no scratches. Very pleased!!!

1. had to assemble lid handles and handles -- no instructions. If you're a mechanical engineer, no problem. If you are into the humanities, it takes a while to figure out what goes where and how.
2. Non-stick -- NOPE. Regardless of how much olive oil I use, eggs still stick. I clean the pans with oven-off lye and let it sit for 20 minutes until burned on grease is soap!
3. Regular use - fine. Just eggs are the biggest issue.
4. I like the non-chemical, titanium.
5. Long time between ordered and received. Shipping from China - "slow boat from China" fits. If I'd know the products were being made in China, I would probably not have ordered them.

Pans, lids and knife all arrived separately, but worth the weight. We followed instructions and have no problems. Looking forward to a lasting experience with them. Worth the wait.

Great product. The large cooking pot is relatively lightweight, the even heat distribution and fast heating is great for frying. The lid fits and seals well. Great for cooking large stews, soups, etc. I found that the surfaces are not really "non-stick", however the surfaces are easily cleaned with hot water and detergent.

Perfect cookware. No toxins in the depressions, of course, you have to know how to use a frying pan correctly for different proteins for it to perform flawlessly. Thank you, love my new pan.

Appear to be very well made pans, initial use has left a positive impression on us.
