I’ve used these for a week now. We switched out from the Hexclad pans because the non-stick coating kept coming off the pans.
These have been great. The cleaning isn’t very hard and if you use them correctly they are great. Just make sure that the pans are heated up properly before using them and you won’t have any problems. If you put the food in while the pans are not really hot it’s guaranteed to stick!
Good communication and delivery, the item was very well packaged.
The pan is superb, no issues with it whatsoever.
Good quality and well made.
I love the sauce pan with lid, the chef’s knife, and the cutting board I ordered. I was surprised I had to finish construction of pan and lid. There was no order slip or instructions accompanying my order. Each item I ordered came separately and none of the three had order slips or accompanying care instructions. The order took longer to receive than anticipated but that is an easy fix by giving an ETA with order confirmation.
Great Pan. At first i thought the pan was going back as the egg test was not going well. Tried no cooking fat. Egg stuck and i almost returned the pan. You really need to treat like a stainless pan. Medium heat or less for a minute or two. Do the water test and allow water to marble around in the pan. Turn to low. Add a little grassfed butter. Move around the pan. Add eggs. As the eggs cook ad a smidge of heat and allow eggs to cook through and use a spatula to slowly move under the edges. Low heat again. When fully released and moving around the pan little flip for over easy. Perfect perfect Eggs. Its really a great pan if used correctly. Its a low low heat pan for eggs. Also cleans up very easy with a little scotch pad. Its like it just keeps getting better and better. Buying another one.
Expected better non stick , first tîme I used it eggs stuck to pan , on the plus side easy to clean . I will try again .
We found the product to be as advertised. My son does all the cooking and he is extremely satisfied with this purchase.
Neutral but now concerned. I don’t have my pan yet but after reading the 1 star reviews I’m beginning to worry. I don’t have a lot of money and bought this after the heavy advertising on Facebook. I hope when it finally arrives I don’t have the 1 star experience and have the 5 star. Maybe I’ll be lucky and win a refund.
Ordering was easy, website was nicely designed to make it easy, and the details lead one to order more than originally planned due to nice presentation and thorough details. Shipping and tracking is a bit disappointing but the items will eventually arrive.
My pans arrived very quickly and are amazing to cook with - loving the new surface!
Easy to order, Fast delivery,
Great quality, strong and sturdy, yet light and easy to handle
I love this titanium cookware. Heats evenly on medium temperature and cleans easily.
Tip: Request your money back on PayPal or Shopify! Worst pans ever! Ordered 2 pans but these are so thin everything will stick. Tried to send it back but they send me adress in china not “Japan”. So I asked for a refund on Shopify.

These Okura pans are hands‑down the worst “non‑stick” cookware I’ve ever used. The marketing is pure fantasy. Eggs don’t just stick — they fuse to the surface like glue. One pan was used once and already looks like it’s been through a war. The so‑called “easy clean” claim is a joke. You’ll spend more time chiselling food off the pan than actually cooking. The entire product feels like a bait‑and‑switch. The performance is nothing like the videos or claims they advertise. It’s misleading, it’s dishonest, and it’s absolutely not worth a cent.I’ve requested a refund and will be reporting this to the ACCC for false and deceptive advertising. If you’re considering buying from Okura, don’t. Save your money and avoid the headache — this brand is all marketing and zero substance

In spite of what their website says, the pots and lids do not come pre-assembled and they are not easy to put together! The pots are pretty easy, but the lids are very difficult to figure out because there are no instructions – anywhere no instructions in the box and no instructions on their website. Very annoying also, I was very disappointed that the pots especially with lids on are extremely heavy. I thought they were supposed to be lighter. All in all, very disappointed.

The pan looks good and cooks ok for most things but I'm not sure it's titanium as it's quite heavy. Eggs and some other food stick badly. The knife is even worse - a very blunt, cheap looking thing with a wavy design to make it look like it uses a 'Damaskus Steel' process...A costly mistake - avoid!

I ordered a pan, heated it up gently and it got bent (the bottom). But the worst part is their ”guarantee process”. They instructed me to fix it myself (not possible) and give me a refound of 15%. When I complained I got 30% and now 35%. I have said I want to return it. They have now given me an adress to China (not Japan) and said that the costly shipping cost must be paid by me. So - waring for this company and product.

I recently purchased a small fry pan . It’s a disaster despite oiling the pan bacon, eggs etc sticks and leaves a mess in the pan .Ignore the heavy advertising and go for iron or cast aluminium if you want to avoid non stick coatings.

I wish I had read reviews before buying this pan. As soon as I read the reviews, but this is not titanium. I emailed Okura cookware many times and ask them to cancel the order. My emails were ignored. I’ve tried calling evening, noon and night and their line is constantly busy. I will refuse the package and put a dispute on my credit card charge. Do not buy this product. It is a scam.

Pan is not as described. Surface is not non stick. Destroys eggs. Salmon sticks.
The pan came in an unmarked box and the handle needed to be attached.
Delivery was slow.
Really cheap looking product with a big price tag.
Was going to buy a large pan if the small one was good but will not be buying any more of these.

Two Okura pans were delivered in two separated boxes in about two weeks. After opening the box, a friend commented that they looked like cheap stainless steel pans. The pans were described as titanium, but a knife test left a clear scratch on the surface, suggesting the coating is not titanium or a hard vapour-deposited layer.
During cooking, eggs stuck to the pan even with careful preheating and oiling, making cooking difficult. Steak also stuck strongly every time it was flipped, indicating poor non-stick performance and behaviour consistent with stainless steel rather than a true non-stick or titanium-coated surface.
