This lab is acceptable for simple tests, not recommended for specialized studies.

This laboratory used to be a good option, mainly because of its competitive prices and wide availability. However, my recent experiences show that the quality of service and operational processes have deteriorated significantly.

If you need simple studies such as basic blood tests or X-rays, the lab might still be acceptable due to the price. However, I would not recommend it for more specialized or sensitive studies.

In our case, my wife’s gynecologist specifically recommended not performing certain gynecological tests here again because previous results were incomplete or poorly identified. I also experienced serious issues when trying to perform more specialized laboratory tests.

The call center focuses on selling services but often provides incomplete or inaccurate information about requirements, schedules, and sample procedures. The preparation instructions provided in their own documentation can also be incorrect or inconsistent.

At the branch level, the organization is surprisingly outdated. Instead of a proper queue system, a security guard was manually assigning turns with paper. Even more concerning, the laboratory staff themselves seemed unsure about the correct handling and acceptance of samples.

When problems occur and you request a refund, the process becomes unnecessarily bureaucratic. Multiple forms and documentation are requested that appear excessive for a simple refund request. From a compliance perspective, the process feels designed to discourage customers from pursuing the refund.

One more warning: avoid paying with digital or virtual cards. In my case, they refused to process a simple reversal and instead required a manual refund process to a bank account they approve, as if standard card chargeback mechanisms did not exist.

In summary, this feels like an outdated laboratory with bureaucratic processes and poor internal coordination. The low price may work for simple tests, but for specialized studies I strongly recommend choosing a more professional laboratory.
