Disappointing customer service and disregard for consumer rights

I purchased a product (NIEBLA DE PLAYA, size S) and simply requested to exchange it for a different size (XXL). Despite Spanish and EU law guaranteeing consumers the right to a return or exchange within 14 days—even for discounted items—the company refused to help and only offered a 20% discount on a future purchase as compensation.

Their customer service repeatedly ignored my legal rights as a consumer and showed no willingness to resolve a basic issue. This lack of support and disregard for the law is unacceptable for any business operating in Spain or the EU.

I trusted the company, but after this experience, I cannot recommend them and advise others to be cautious. If you value your consumer rights and expect decent service, I would look elsewhere.

I made an order last 26/06

I made an order last 26/06 , I don't know anything about the order, neither where it is nor I have any way to track it, I write to the mail and nobody answers. It seems to be a scam. Don't fall for it.

I didn't receive any order confirmation…

I didn't receive any order confirmation or tracking number or anything, only the charge on my credit card.
20 days later I haven't received my order. I have tried to contact them through the web chat, 10 days after the order they said it would arrive shortly (still no order confirmation number provided).
Now they are not even responding in the chat.
Additionally, these are overpriced TEMU items. A complete scam.
