I contacted the company by email, and they responded immediately, cancelled my order, and processed my refund without any hassle. Excellent customer service! I have been waiting well over a month…
I have been waiting well over a month for my refund on products I have not recieved! I had placed an order for the face cream, and they added eye serum to my order which I had no clue until I paid, so I promptly cancelled the order. They have told me two times I would recieve my refund and it's being processed. Lies!!! I still have yet to recieve it! Also I don't know how why they want a review on their customer service, you don't get to talk to a person! It's an automated reply every time! I would not order from this company or any other company that doesn't have a phone number that you can call! This company is not trust worthy that's for sure!

I knew almost immediately that l could not use the products because of an allergic reaction l had had to one of the ingredients. I contacted the company as soon as l received the two packages.
