Olavita is not trustworthy in their business practices
I followed up with my credit card company with my experience with Olavita and they have numerous other complaints from other customers. He explained that they will not honor their refund if you bought the product at a discounted price and if you are in their subscription program they will not honor the refund. But I don't even know how I became a subscriber . He explained these compsnies have a box checked for the subscription and if you miss unchecking it then you are in the subscription program. And they know your credit card company cannot touch them. They will never give you their address and even though I sent 3 emails asking to be taken off their subscription they sent it anyways ..3 tubes that I did not even need one month after my initial order. So they are blocked now! I am not going to be ordering any products like this again. I will report them to FTC. Many companies are using this subscription trap!
