Olavita skincare steals your money! I don't know why something isn't done so this business can no longer operate. They have done it to hundreds of people and nothing gets resolved. They should be shut down!!!

My sister bought me Olavita serum for my birthday. Within a month my daughter commented, "your skin is looking so less wrinkled Mum". This was supposed to be a compliment ! ? SO, when I ran out of the serum I purchased what I considered to be the same product, Olavita, from AMAZON. I have been using it now for over 6 weeks, and I am not blind, (although I do use a magnifying mirror) and my skin is certainly not as `almost` wrinkle free as it was whilst using the first product.
I was embarrassed to ask my sister (if she didn`t mind) how much she paid for the Olavita she had bought me, to which she answered that she had paid £70.00. The Amazon product was £9 FOR TWO BOTTLES. My friends have laughed out loud at this - It feels nothing like the first product, not surprisingly NOR was there any list of ingredients on the bottle., merely "Anti Ageing Serum". (Not). Be WARNED - do not waste your money on the cheap stuff... if you`re going to buy it pay for the more expensive product "Because you`re worth it".

Rotten stuff. Doesn't do anything and once cancelled they keep charging and send more. Shame on those ladies for saying it works. How do they live with themselves Wish someone could get our money back from the crooks

Disgusting. I returned products on the 6th January 2026 along with the tracking number from the post office and since then they haven’t even let me know what’s happening with my money they should be returning. They have received the goods back so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY As they are running a scam

Do not fall into this trap! Cancelling the order that meant to be a one-time order but somehow became a subscription is a nightmare!

They sent me a second order right after I had received the first and charged me. I hadn't even had time to try it!
I did not like the way my skin looked or felt. No returns of unopened product-total rip-off scam!!!

Oh my gosh, this company is beyond pathetic. DO NOT RISK GETTING FRAUDULENT CHARGES On your credit card. Thank Goodness BOA was so good about getting involved and assisting me with this claim. I am checking everyday to make sure it hasn’t been reversed.
I have reason to believe the has sold my information as l now am chasing other fraudulent attempts on the credit card used on this website. BOA immediately closed this account thank goodness.

I ordered this product didn't realized it was going to be a subscription. When I reached out to them on there website they said that's why I got a cheaper rate which was not cheap. I had to go back and forth with them to cancel my subscription. After they told me they canceled my subscription I got another bottle which I got charged for. Very disappointed . PLEASE READ THE VIEWS before you order.I wish I would have.

This company is committing INTERNET FRAUD.
I ordered one three bottle set in February 2026. I wasn't informed that I'd been added to Olavita's monthly Subscription program until my Unauthorized second order was in transit, which will be delivered on March 20,2026.
I did not authorize a subscription, and certainly did not place a second order. I've been emailing and receiving canned requests as answers. I've tried calling but can never get through. Then I find out if you order using their special sale price, Which They Strongly Recommend, you forfeit the right to a return!
After many emails, they agreed to cancel remaining orders, AFTER the Next one ships. That means I'll be paying for the shipment in transit plus another one next month (April). I THINK NOT.

This company is using Bait and Switch which is clearly Fraud, plus Elder Abuse. I will soon be 83, so I qualify for protection under all Elderly Abuse laws.
I would urge any dissatisfied customer of Olavita to contact their Local, State and Government offices and report this company. That is exactly what I am doing. Perhaps we can all unite for a class action suit..
Whatever you do, DO NOT supply your credit/debit card to Olavita. They will make unauthorized charges to your card. And Continue making them until you close your card.
DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH OLAVITA.

They tell you it's a 90 day money back guarantee but if you cancel your orders they're going to send you one more order anyway; and they do not give you back your money! I am furious at this. I'm in my 70s and I don't have but so much money I took them after work. Their product really doesn't work do not order it please you will not get your money back

To everyone who got scammed like me. Call your bank and report fraud. Fill out appropriate form and they will handle the rest. I went one step further and canceled my credit card and they issued me a new one immediately. This way Olavita will not be able to ever charge you again. The bank reimbursed me for $151.00 as they agreed that I never signed up for ongoing subscriptions. Not to mention the fact that their products are useless. May as well just put water on your face. Good luck everyone and do not let them get away with stealing your money!👍

Was on line when I saw an ad for Olavita. I’m 75 & suddenly I’m looking it. It seemed like a one. To give this a try. I know better but aging does something to your self image. It was a merry-go-round of “ if you just order more you save” type of thing. Constantly clicking “no-I just want one bottle” & 10 minutes later I had a $44 bottle of Botox serum $ 34 of eye cream. They charged immediately! I just went on Amazon & gee, the one bottle at $44. I can get 2 bottles for $15.00! 2 for $15! I’ve been ripped off . AND the tele# 745.227.6438 for customer service does NOT WORK! BUYER BEWARE. Don’t fall for this scam.

These products cannot be returned or refunded. If you buy their first product, it will be mandatory to receive auto-ship & payments you will not be refunded. YOU ARE FOREWARNED.

This product is worthless for me but the worst issue is that they keep sending and charging me for orders I didn’t make.
They will Not take a return so their guarantee is Worthless.

An absolute despicable company! A total fraudulent scam going on here.I bought product yesterday and cancelled my order within 2 MINUTES due to the fact they had charged me
for products I didn't order. I am out of pocket $400 and they would not refund me stating items were shipped!!!!! WHAT IN MINUTES!?...I intend to take this company to Consumer Affairs and ask PayPal to refund my money!!!!

Received 3 bottles that I didn't order. I cannot find a way to cancel my automatic renewal.Which I never signed up for anyway. This must be a scam or the.Renewal process would be easier to cancel.

When I inadvertently ordered--though having read the reviews, I truly don't think that I really DID order--and wrote immediately that I did not want to order, I was told that I would be able to send the item back and get a refund. NOT ONLY did this happen I was sent and charged for another batch without asking for it. i called the credit card company and asked to have the charge refused when it arrived. The credit card company was most obliging. So far no item has arrived. Having read these reviews I with little hope am beginning the process of trying to return and get a refund on the other two shipments. Wish me luck!!!
