There seemed a temporary problem on our website during a busy period for us so I reported it by email (after normal working hours, evening). I expected response the next working day but pleasantly surprised that response came that same evening. Also I expected the response to be 'wait and see', which would have been reasonable for the problem, but I received a detailed analysis of the issues plus actions I should take should problem recur. Overall this was a more prompt and detailed response than I expected - excellent! Fortunately there was no recurrence of this problem.
On other occasions when I've contacted Olco they have responded promptly and with efficiency. Highly recommended.
