I did not realise these were fake!! I ordered on 3/11 and still not been shipped. I have looked through to find address stating its london!! They are fraudulant which i now realise!! I have asked for a refund but not holding my breath!! I am so dissapointed in myself!! It was on facebook i saw them advertised be careful!!

Cheap Fake Callaway knock-offs from China.

As others have mentioned this is not a London based store. The shop image shown on the website is Ai and does not exist.

They sell cheap Chinese fakes and they take 3 weeks to arrive not he 3-5 working days as stated.

There customer service department is also Ai generated.

Con artists, but hey ho, lesson learned.

Be careful if you order from this site I ordered 2 x Callaway jumpers for my husband and I received 2 x fleece tops very bad quality and look fake! I did contact customer services and they offered me 3 options (A) to keep items and receive 25% back of which I paid (B)replacement/exchange or (C) send items back but I was quoted £26 to return them back to India. I have opted for A so my husband won't be wearing them on the golf course but wearing them in the garden instead!!

No response from non-existent customer service.
Transaction reversed.
Reported to appropriate bodies.

I ordered a cotton golf top and I received a cheap polyester fleece . I have contacted Old London via an on line form ( trying to obtain returns information ) and twice via an email . I have received no response to any . I think the customer service at this company is none existent.

Disgusting customer service. Said they tried to deliver twice, but they forgot to put my door number on the address. I know I put it on, because the billing address was correct. They now want £30 to deliver again! Apparently that is a small shipping fee 🤬 they have now offered me a 30% of the full payment refund! Disgusting behaviour! Gutted I didn’t read the reviews. So sad that people rip off hard working people. These were presents for my sons 🤬

Cheap rubbish. 100% polyester. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Very disappointed. Absolute rip off. Supposed to be 60% cotton 40% polyester. AVOID like the plague.

This company claim to be from Covent Garden in London. Items shipped from China, and are fake branded items. I bought what I thought was a Callaway 1/4 zip pullover. Yes it has an embroidered logo however no garment care instructions, no tags inside the garment, clearly a cheap Chinese Fake, avoid this company.

Old London (Based in covent Garden - NOT) - is a misleading name for a Chinese business. I ordered two Callaway half-zip JUMPERS, and i have received two Callaway half-zip FLEECES???? Quality is very poor and will probably end up in the bin.

I’ve been waiting for this delivery for nearly 3 weeks!
Turns out it was near my delivery address yesterday and now all tracking has changed to a completely different address and now has been delivered to the other side of the country!

I can't believe I have fallen for the completely misleading website which gives the impression that the company is based in London when in fact it is a front for chinese fakes. I ordered two tops 2 weeks ago and they have yet to be despatched but it's too late to cancel. I'm just going to have to write this off but I hope others will be more diligent than I was in terms of doing the research before I bought

I made a purchase for 3 items off this fake company pretending to be in London. It’s not, it’s being shipped from China! I ordered the items on the 26th October for my birthday and now my birthday has been and gone and still no items.

The customer service is responsive and apologetic but it’s obviously being churned out using a bot.

I just wish I had read these reviews like all these disappointed people.

Fraudsters - something should be done with trading standards here in the UK.

Never buy off this company, I ordered a callaway gilet which took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was fake and didn’t fit , it’s my own fault for not looking at reviews, absolute rip off

I also wish I had read the reviews I have still not received the zip up top I ordered on 26th October. Web site says delivery is in five working days which is obviously a lie . I think trading standards should be involved . I asked for my order to be cancelled told it was too late. Never again.

This company is selling counterfeit goods.
I ordered two Callaway zip up tops. After a three week wait for them to arrive from CHINA, I was extremely concerned to find that these goods were of poor quality,and obviously fake.
I am now attempting a refund.
Wish me luck.

Possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
The web site purports to be based in the uk - false !
The goods are advertised as eg callaway - false.
The product I bought is clearly counterfeit which whilst it has a ‘genuine’ chest badge in the exterior it doesn’t have an internal label or come in a company bag.

I’ve tried to get my money back and have insisted since day 1 that I demand a full refund of the costs and postage (if they want the goods back) before I send the items back to India ( strange when they came from china).
Communications with the company over any refund were quicker than expected until I realised they were probably AI generated given the speed and detail in any response.
Have been asked for PayPal details and email address now but refused to expose myself to further fraud! The ed company have my email and j ow the credit card I bought the goods on which is where I want the funds returned.

Never followed tv ed maxim ‘if it’s too good to believe it’s a bargain etc it never is’

My advice shop elsewhere where you can see and try the goods in first

The item was delivered 4 weeks after order. When I check the item all labels were cut of and the quality was very poor . I would agree the items are fake and not worth what they cost

Do not shop at this company they sell fake items that are terrible quality
If you want to return to India which costs almost as much as the original fake item after a lot of emailing I managed to get a full cash refund for 1 item. I disputed another item with American Express and I was successful
They are partners with Kova London also a company that sells fake goods

Spotted the web site and thought yup this looks ok. Usual shot for linen shirts of a man on a beach and the "sexy" look. I have shopped for shirts for many years. T M Lewin, Hilditch, Turnbull & Asser, Harvie & Hudson, New & Lingwood, Coles, Frangipani, Emmet (the best) and even worked for Thomas Pink under the late great Peter Mullen.
I ordered an Anderson Linen in Blue. Took some time to arrive (3 weeks) and became highly suspicious when the tracking said coming from China. Well the most ghastly piece of pure Nylon arrived that I keep as a party joke. Duped "oh yes" and had to laugh at myself. When I look at the quality of Italian cotton that Emmett use its no wonder an Emmett costs between £175 and £250 as opposed to Old London at £26.
Please think very carefully before you purchase.
