scam website. advertising real products but they are 100% fake. ordered a callaway 1/4 zip, claiming to be london based but was shipped from china. the quality is appalling and can tell from a mile off it is not a genuine product. they refuse to give you a refund unless you pay for shipping back to china. Website needs to be taken down !

Appalling - ordered a XL Callaway sweater.
It arrived three weeks later shipped from India.
Sizing was more medium than XL. All sizing labels cut out.
Offered me a full refund if I posted (at my expense) back to India.
Alternative a 20% partial refund and I get to keep a useless garment.

Product described as 'Callaway Heritage Cotton half zip jumper' @ £28. It is not a Callaway product, it is not Heritage, it is not cotton (100% polyester), it is not even a jumper as per advertised photo and it is certainly not worth £28. Basically it's a cheap fleece with a Callaway logo. More fool me. Definitely don't purchase from this company.

Purchased Callaway half zip. 27 days later it's disappeared from my tracking details. Addresses in Covent Garden and Blackpool don't exist

I also made the mistake of buying from this website. i purchase two "Callaway" jumpers. To call these fake is unfair to people who try to make fake gear! these jumpers are nothing like an original callaway item.They are very cheap material ( material unknown as all labels are missing ). I have raised a claim with pay pal and i am in the process of contacting trading standards.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I like others who have reported this company ordered a pair of Calloway Heritage half zip cotton jumpers, only to receive a a pair of poor quality fleeces with labels remove and no washing intructions. Their website shows a false Trustpilot rating of 4.8 and also a Covent Garden address that doesn't exist. The company behind it, Techfry was set up less than a year ago, although it claims 22 years of experience, the owner is only 24!

3weeks for delivery, very poor quality and as other comments label cut out .
Don’t waste your money . Only worth using for working or gardening.

It took a long time waiting for delivery, I eventually received my order and the arms are too short.
I requested details of a return and they sent me an offer of new larger tops at a cost of £24 (£12 each garment).
I have refused the offer and requested a full refund.
If I don’t get my refund I will be issuing proceedings to recover my money and any costs incurred will be added.
Contrary to you comment I haven’t heard from your company after I rejected your offer and requested an address to return the tops.

Ordered a Callaway Windbreaker which said delivery 3-5 days. It arrived nearly a month later and is clearly fake. Labels have been ripped off and the Callaway logo has clearly been stitched on. Avoid at all costs and ignore the fake 5* reviews

Bought a 2 pcs linen suit, ends not a all what you see or discribed in the site, contacted them for return?
Advised to return it for refund, ( refund for the suit and postage fee) returned address was either china or India, I was advised to India as it’s cheaper and faster
Paid £25.80 for postage return.
Old London shop refunded the cost of item, but postage fees for return as they promised nothing ???
Contacted them several times, email the return postage receipt but no reply at all
Very poor product quality and cowboy customer service

Dont trust there advertised delivery time. Not received my items yet I think they are coming from China so not even sure they will be genuine Callaway products.
Probably get impounded by UK customs if fake.

I bought two Calloway jumpers which arrived 3 weeks after they were ordered.
Labels were cut out (strange) and arms were too short. Pretty convinced they are fake due to the above and general feel quality. I’ve seen similar comments from another person.
Do not recommend this company.

Bought two Calloway Golf jumpers after seeing them on Facebook and they looked ideal for my golf. Delivery was 5 to 7 days. Three weeks later I received a package from China containing two fleeces with Calloway embroidered logo. There were no labels whatsoever telling you size, washing instructions and to make matters worse they are different sizes. Buyer beware and avoid at all cost. I will only use for gardening as quality is so poor.

I ordered sandals costing £32 which took forever to come and when received
were 2 sizes too big and not leather. I completed a contact form on their site and also emails to both their addresses in the last fortnight with no response even advising them I putting the case inthe hands of my bank.
I would advise people avoid doing business with them as they're ripoff merchants

18/9 Received a response from Isabella from Old London requesting order number and would look into our complaint…. Another email sent to both email addresses with information required as before as agsin no response from them

Ordered 2 pairs of leather trainers type shoes in black and brown, which took ages to arrive. I've worn for work(office based) for one week and the eyelets for the laces are coming off already.
I've emailed them direct to return the worn black pair and unworn brown.
Hopefully I'll get a response today.
Poor quality.

old london should not be trusted, the shoes that were advertised as leather turned ot to be plastic, I complained and was told to return them at my expense to china or keep them for a £7 discount. This lot are an absolute bunch of shysters and should not be dealt with.

Do not use this company, they pass on low quality clothing that is half the price on Amazon. Branded goods are fake and without labels. Total con artists. Also lie on the website on their Trustpilot rating. Let's hope trading standards takes them down!
