Having seen a 20% off code I thought I would purchase a couple of their T-shirts. But sadly the code didn’t work, with their system saying the code they had sent me that morning, valid for 4 days was invalid. So I contacted customer services to let them know their code doesn’t work. Their response was that it must be my phone (iPhone 16 latest iOS) as they said they could use the code no problem at all. Wow what an arrogant response. No effort made to check, just blame the customer. Appalling method of customer service and gives you a real warning that if you receive a faulty product, that will also be the customers fault. Avoid these cowboys or accept that level of consumer experience

Cancelled order as "suspected fraudulent order", on what basis? Total rubbish! Left with the suspicion of a scam, even if my credit card was not debited. Had the audacity to send a promotion email later that day!!
