I don’t understand how this company can…

I don’t understand how this company can get good ratings! I ordered a c.d. on Nov. 24, 2021, and got a letter from them on Dec. 24, telling me that this c.d. Was not available. I called them on Dec. 32 for a refund, and Mirna said that it may take a couple of weeks. Guess what? March 3, and still no refund! Plus the fact that the postage and handling was very nearly as much as the c.d.! This is a terrible company. Don’t use this company if you value your money!

Disappointed with Oldies

There have been times I've been unhappy with their Service as I've been sent the wrong items or doubles of things I didn't order so I'm clearly Not going to be a customer as much as I have been. Sincerely disappointed in customer service.

Uncommunicative

Uncommunicative, service slow as molasses. Both of these are beyond annoying. I’d really love to buy my rare CDs from a co. besides Amazon, but Amazon RESPONDS to its customers! Oldies.com does not.

CDRs are not CDS

I will give four stars but have to cut 2 out. Why!? Because many of the CDs I have purchased are CDRs and they have a quicker life span than the regular “silver” industry standard CDs. Though a few listings do stated they are CDR, but the majority of them don’t.

Poor service

I placed an order that they fouled up and cancelled on me without informing of such action. Then when I called customer service I was treated very rudely. The CS rep when questioned immediately started blaming me and being hateful about the order. Would NEVER recommend this website. A good CS rep rather than having an attitude could've at least acknowledged an issue and worked to correct it. With good CS I likely would've gotten through the issue and continued with the order. Isn't that what true CS is supposed to do? Not with Oldies. Instead, because of the poor service they lose a customer.

Missing order, nonexistent customer service

I ordered a Christmas present over a month ago. It is now Christmas Eve and the gift is nowhere to be found. When I checked the order status, it still says, "Order Currently Being Processed." I've called the Customer Service number several times, but every menu selection leads to dead air. The one time I got through to a voicemail, the automated message said that number hadn't even been activated. I have been unable to get in touch with anyone or get more information about my order. If I do not hear back by New Years Eve, I will cancel my order and dispute the charges with PayPal as other reviewers have done before. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very disappointing customer service….

Very disappointing customer service experience. I inadvertantly made an order using my office address as my destination address, rather than my home address (where I pretty much live and work the great majority of the time post-pandemic). While I realized the mistake within minutes and immediately tried to contact customer service to change the address, I could not reach anyone that day via phone or email who could help me. In fact, it took well over a day to get a response back on my email, despite getting a canned response saying that someone would be in touch with me shortly. When I did finally reach customer service, I was, ironically, then told that it was too late to change anything other than to cancel the order and do a re-order. The customer service person said they would do that. Of course, that never happened and I could never find anyone in customer service to tell me why. Hugely disappointing response, and one that has me strongly considering never ordering from Oldies.com again.

Oldies is great!

Oldies, Oldies has oldies, oldies has new, used, nostalgic, movies, music, cups, statues, lunch boxes.
I could go on and on, but you geet the picture. Oldies is great!!

I ordered an album and paid for…

I ordered an album and paid for expedited shipping they never filled the order they never canceled it I had to call and raise heck about it it’s three days later they still have not initiated a refund these people are thieves stay away from them

Scammers, be aware

Scammers, be aware. Don't buy from them. I ordered a CD which was expensive and never received it after 2.5 months. I had to fight hard for the refund. They are horrible, extremely aggressive mannered and disrespectful. They don't know what a good customer service is. They refused any kind of refund so had to claim it through PayPal and eventually got it from PayPal.

All was easy
