Would highly recommend Gary and Jessica they turned up for an appointment on short notice and on time .They have been very professional and helpful and kept in contact during the process of the house clearance..Photographs were sent when the work was completed

I would highly recommend Gary and Jessica from Old Moat House Clearances. Gary turned up on time to quote for the work, was very professional and honest and carried out the work when he said he would ( considering he was completing on his own house move at the time! ). He sent photographs of the competed work and left the house a lot tidier than it had been..

I would highly recommend Gary at Old Moat Hall House Clearances. He managed to fit us in at short notice and went above and beyond in helping us to clear my mum’s property.
He also sent photos of the property when emptied and cleaned. Also photos of meter readings which was very helpful as we don’t live in the area.

We received a quick response to our initial enquiry. There was no problem when I had to rearrrange the initial date to assess the job. Gary & Jess came on time to carry out the assessment.They were very efficient, unintrusive and aware of the sensitvities involved in need to clear somewhere that had been a home for decades. Rather that give an instant estimate on the spot, they came back within a few hours with a written estimate for the job. As we were no longer living in the area, we were kept informed throughout the process, photos being sent to demonstrate the work done. Clearing the house obviously took a little longer than originally anticipated but there were no quibbles, the orginal estimate was honoured. Gary & Jess even discovered some documents we had overlooked and forwarded them to us. Everything throughout the process, has been very easy & pleasant. Gary & Jess made what could have been a very difficuly and emotional experience, much easier by the professional but sensitive way in which they carried out the job. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

They cleared my mother's house just prior to completion of sale. They did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble, inside or out. Everything gone, and they hoovered after they had done. And all for a reasonable price considering what was involved. I recommend them!

They moved our office contents to new address outside office hours, with no disruption to our business. They even reconnected IT to make it seamless & I would have no hesitation in using their services again.
