Package delivered to wrong address and stolen

I recently bought an online order from Old Navy. I always have my packages delivered to a UPS store front P.O. Box. This store front has normal working hours and as it turns out the delivery driver arrived after the store was closed. Instead of waiting to deliver the package the next day, the delivery driver dropped the package off at Great Clips next door but put in his system that he had delivered it to the correct address. When I realized what had happened I inquired at the great clips for my package however the package was no longer there as I assume someone probably stole it. When I returned home I immediately submitted a claim which did not allow me to explain the situation and it was denied. When we called the third party that handles GAP claims (TRE), they admitted that every claim will be denied and that the it is the consumer’s job to follow up and dispute the denied claim. This is beyond infuriating. Something that is not my fault has now cost me hours of additional time and research on how to get my money/products back. The worst part is that this isn’t the first time it’s happened to my family. Over Christmas my mom was nearly robbed of hundreds of dollars of Christmas gifts because the delivery driver for Old Navy simply dropped the boxes outside the UPS store which sits on a busy sidewalk and were of course stolen. She was given the same terrible treatment I was and my father had to get involved before thy finally allowed her to be awarded the claim. I hope this review is a wake up call for anyone considering ordering from this greedy, corrupt company who does not put their customers first.

Good riddance, Old Navy

Old Navy is another company no longer worth shopping at. They've offshored their customer service, and they are entirely unhelpful now, as they waste your time with fake pleasantries. I'm getting so, very, incredibly tired of offshored customer service that then becomes an incompetent waste of time when you try to deal with them. For example, when I called earlier, one agent refused to help, and then refused to connect me to his manager, so I gave up and tried again with a different agent, and that agent disconnected without cause. It's just not worth it to me to deal with this level of aggravation anymore. Good riddance.

old navy card

I went to old navy today at the check out the women asked me if i wanted to sign up for discounts, not specifying that it is the debit card. I am 17 and just recently got my own debit card, i felt manipulated into getting the card and now i have to contact my bank to get it removed.

Delivery messed upPlaced an order on Nov 5 with the…

Placed an order on Nov 5 with the delivery expected within 5 to 7 business days. Got an email stating the delivery would be in April 2025! Called customer service and they said it was a mistake(which I figured but wanted to check). Package delivered on Nov 12 however, not to my mailbox as the tracking information/email stated. Called customer service back and they sent me an email with a link to report a delivery problem.(The link did not work and would not recognize my order number). Called CS back and they told me to wait 72 hours for delivery? I decided to take tracking information to our post office and after detective work it was determined that the label printed by Old Navy shipping had cut off my first name as well as the first two digits of our house number. The substitute mailman should have brought the package back to the post office BUT Old Navy needs to print their labels legibly with all information so the postal workers don't have to second guess. Web site leaves a lot to be desired. I was able to track down my package within my neighborhood.

Terrible service

I have been a customer of this store for many years. On April 7, I decided to spend Old Navy cash and placed an order 1HR6DXJ, which was canceled as suspicious. I re-placed the order using PayPal and the store canceled it again. Disgusting! I have accumulated special coupons, but I can’t spend them!

Defective Customer Service I was placing a duo Old Navy and Gap…

I was placing a duo Old Navy and Gap purchase when I was alerted to one item was marked as a pick up. Well, that wasn’t going to work. 1) I am disabled and I needed it all shipped and 2) it was nowhere near where I lived; it was about a 58 minute one-way drive. So, I called to see what could be done. I explained my situation and I was told to remove the item. I said, but I want the item. So I was told that most people will go and get the item but since I cannot I should just cancel it. This is where I said, WHAT??? I was shocked by this answer. Where did customer service go? I’m sorry my disability is an inconvenience for YOU! Or not written into your speaking points. I know you have all your little rules and regulations on what to tell people when they call but what about treating people with respect and dignity and maybe for once doing the right thing especially when you are dealing with a disabled person who is trying to make their life easier!
As we were discussing the lack of care in the world and the deplorable level of care that business’ go into treating customers. At one point my tech asked me a question, what would I do if as a store I did not have what a customer wanted? I answered, I would call other stores until I found one that did and have them send the correct item to the customers home, free of charge. The free of charge part I did not say on the call but I should have as I meant it. Next, the tech went on to counter me by saying this is the way things work now. Gee, thanks Mr. Obvious, that doesn’t mean that it is the right way or even the most pleasant way to conduct business or conduct anything for that matter. I was so saddened by his sign of resignation to such a sad state of the world. And I said, Sure, if you roll over. Stand up and do something about it to make a difference. Don’t be a cog in the wheel of mediocrity and treating people as if they are pure money donators.
He started the call by not wanting me to be unhappy but in essence, he did absolutely nothing to make me feel any better. I told him I do not hold him personally accountable for all the shortcomings of the Gap, Old Navy business although he had to hear all my frustrations. At the end of the call, he did not want me to write this review before writing the customer service people at the email address he gave me. I believe he wanted me to give them the opportunity to make this right and then sweep this under the rug. I have decided to do the opposite. Not to not allow them the offer to fix a bad situation but I feel that this should be known that absolutely nothing was done to rectify this problem when I called. I was never put on hold while he asked for permission or looked into something to make me a happy customer. As a disabled customer I am very angry with the overall treatment and so-called rules that decided this call and my purchase.
To answer your question, no, I did not get that pair of pants. By the time all this gets rectified they will probably be sold out. Of course, that should be my luck.

Today I shopped in the front window!

Today I shopped in the front window!!
What I mean is, I was at Old Navy and I had a pretty awesome moment. As I’m sure you all know by now, I’m not a skinny mini never have been. But today is the VERY FIRST TIME I was shopping in a retail women’s clothing store and the size XS and 4X were on the same rack.
Well done Old Navy!!
This moment of inclusion nearly brought me to tears. In most of my adult life I’ve had to shop in a differnt store or rarely if the store has inclusive sizes it’s in different location under a sign that says PLUS or WOMEN (weirdly Ladies are small sizes and women is larger sizes so I’ve never even been considered a lady. ) I’ve been a size 16+ since high school with a few weight loss moment here and there. Usually my size clothing is secreted away in a back corner of the store. Today I shopped in the front window!
I’m fine being the big beautiful goddess I am. It’s about time the retailers are on the same page as me!
Well done Old Navy! Inclusion is inclusion! About freakin time!!

Would rather refund than actually help

I ordered a mix of items from Gap, Old Navy and Athleta on March 18. Everything arrived except for the item from Athleta. When I chatted in I was offered a refund but then was told I’d have to do all the legwork to maybe reorder (if the item is even still available - he couldn’t even check that for me) and then chat back in with both order numbers to get an adjustment to get the original promotional sale/discount price. They should consider having the rep offer to process a replacement order instead of making the customer do extra work. I wasted a promo credit. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Old Navy/Gap: A+ For Plus Sizes, Service, & Overall Experience!!

I absolutely LOVE Old Navy for so many reasons!! The clothes are SO comfortable, I can just throw everything in a delicate wash and dry it in the dryer and it's perfectly fine, easy-peasy. The online experience makes shopping with them so easy and quick, their delivery is on point, never more than several days after an order, and the best part is that while it has been hard to find clothes that fit a plus-sized gal like myself well in the past, those days are over now because every single thing I have ever ordered from Old Navy/Gap has fit like a dream! Seriously, I am just SO PLEASED with this company!
