My everyday bag

I’m really happy with my Olend bag. The delivery was fast and the quality is excellent. I use the bag almost every day and it still looks great. It’s practical, well-made, and perfect for daily use. Definitely a great purchase!

Love my bag

Love my bag, use it every single day and it arrived much faster than expected. Only downfall is I wanted to return the extra strap I got, however the process of returning it meant I’d have to pay a lot more money for the shipping and get no credit or refund, so I've just kept it with unfortunately no use for it.

10/10 Customer Service

I am incredibly impressed with this company! They were super nice and accommodating when my package was not received. The mail service did not deliver the package to my apartment correctly, and when I contacted the company for support, they were quick to respond and assist with a replacement to ensure I received my order. This is top-quality customer care in my opinion!

I love my bag. So. Much!!!!

I love my bag so much!! I wanted a bag with a lot of space, that was comfortable and practical. If it could also be a backpack if I needed it to, it would be a plus. This one is all of those things. The only thing I would change about it is the small strap on the bag, I would make it a bit bigger, so I can get my arm in there with a coat on. Other than that, it's amazing and that is not enough for me to give this bag less than 5 stars.

It’s my everything bag!!

I bought the Soft Bag in Cherry red + Pale pink & it’s been my go-to bag since. I love the many ways to use the bag, primarily as a tote but I tried the backpack option while going through the airport and found it to work just as well! I got so many compliments on the bag and I plan to purchase more of the bags in the future the quality is also next to none.
