Trustworthy brand, fast shipping, and high quality, versatile product!

The bags are amazing. They go with everything and are very practical. Shipping was very fast and everything was great.

It was my first purchase and everything was great. Very helpful cuatomer support as well! The bag is amazing, even better than in photos! I wear the bag daily and it has so much space for all the things i carry. Also the fabric is fantastic and does not get dirty.

I have now acquired several bags, with the last one coming hopefully by the 24th of December. I have so many because they are a combination of coziness and elegance and obviously I really like them! . With the smaller ona bags, I do find the rectangular basis, or „floor“ of the bag somehow a bit to wide or somehow a bit to „flat“. Hard to articulate exactly. Nevertheless, I give them all 5 stars:)

Fast delivery, quality product.

I did order a product as present on November 26. Its December 20th and on tracking is showing no mevment of the product. So as trustpilot 1 star as after month of waiting for order I might be able to withdraw money from refund if it works. For me another shitty dropshiping company.

Ordered purse for gift on Nov 28th .. this now December 19th and no purse has arrived . Tracking shows it going all over the United States , it’s been in more states than influenza ! Customer service worthless.. I suspect the tracking is somehow fraudulent.. I am going to file a claim with credit card company to get my money back ! Horrible experience!

My most worn bag at the moment!

I’ve placed two orders with Olend — first a blue Dumplings bag, then two cherry-red ones — clearly demonstrating that I was a loyal and satisfied customer. The product quality is excellent, and that’s the only reason I returned for a second purchase. What is entirely unacceptable is the way Olend handled its Black Friday discount for UK customers. What I discovered only now is: For colours not stocked in the UK warehouse, Olend needs to ship from the EU; however, the checkout page failed to disclose that additional customs fees would be charged. This is not a minor omission — it is a critical piece of information that directly affects the final price. Because of this lack of transparency, I ended up paying more than the original, non-discounted price. My first order did not require any customs fees, as I assume the product is already in the UK, which created a reasonable expectation that the same conditions applied. The sudden appearance of unexpected charges on the second order — without any clear explanation at checkout — is misleading. Being directed to a FAQ page by Customer Support after the fact does not constitute proper communication. It is not acceptable to shift responsibility onto the customer when the issue stems from unclear disclosure on your own checkout page. Had I been properly informed, I would have chosen colours available in the UK warehouse, or waited until the ones I wanted were ready to ship domestically. Instead, the discount was advertised in a way that obscured the true cost — a practice that raises serious questions about transparency and integrity. What’s worse, Customer Support showed no acknowledgement of this miscommunication, nor any willingness to take responsibility or consider process improvements. This response is deeply disappointing for a brand that positions itself as premium. Without an appropriate resolution, I cannot continue to trust or support this brand, regardless of how much I like the products themselves. I am leaving this comment here to ensure there is a track of reference. Good luck to all other customers.

The bag itself is very spacious et en plus it stays very well on the shoulder & it is so comfortable that I’ve been carrying non stop. Love it

My bf loved the compact Ona it’s so soft and can carry a lot. I got The micro and is very small but can fit wallet,
Cellphone and lip balms . And as a backpacks is so cute.
