Was such an ease working with Richard and Greg. They designed a logo for my new business. I gave Richard a few ideas of what I wanted and he created a lovely bespoke design for me and worked with me until I was happy with the end result. I found him to be both patient and very quick responding to the amendments I was making. Would definitely recommend Olenix to anyone needing a designer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dealing with this company has been unbelievably unpleasant. They are very vocal when they want money and when the customer has requests they make snide remarks or make lame excuses. Bad service and bad attitude when dealing with customer complaints or concerns. It has been incredibly unprofessional dealing with these people, excuse after excuse. Falsely advertised the package we purchased, sub par web design skills and even worse customer service. Take your money elsewhere and find a proper web design company. These guys are pretenders and rank amateurs. Be careful and save the bother dealing with these guys as they refuse to pay you back when you are not pleased with them and react in an immature way when you have criticisms. Honestly, do not give them a chance.

Fist I doubted. I thought was a scam. Easily done- in the end - fabulous cv- nice company- please do use them- absolutely lovely experience if you give Them the chance!

An average CV that needed personal amendments. More details need to be asked of the customer before writing. Although it was tailored well to potential job roles, understandably some of the wording was not quite right due to the CV author not being an SME on that subject hence more questions needed at the start. Would be useful to receive the CV as a word document instead of a PDF in order to amend easily instead of relying on free online software.
