The items fit nicely and delivery was quick!

I love the sweater; it is different but I like that and received lots of compliments. It did take quite a while for it to arrive.

I love the quality and colors of all the sweaters I have ordered. However, I'm a little disappointed in the material of the blouses. They are okay, but I thought they would have more substance. Overall, I am happy with the products.

I ordered a green sweater on January 6th from a Olgora.com believing they are a USA company, as they state that they ship from a warehouse in NC.
The item didn't ship until January 13 and was delivered on January 27 via USPS. As the product took several weeks to receive from supposedly NC to CT, I suspected it was foreign.

The product I received was not the green sweater I ordered but a yellow sweater. Upon reaching out to them about the error, customer service claimed it was my display, but the sweater in real life was yellow and the sweater description was green. That's not a display issue.

I sent them photos of me wearing the sweater holding yellow and green markers. The sweater was lighter yellow than the yellow marker. I took photos on the same phone I used to make the order and clearly see a difference between a green sweater online and the yellow sweater I photographed. Same display. To different colors.

After a week of back and forth with customer service, their final offer for shipping me the wrong product was a partial refund of $25.00 of the $49.99 I paid them, and the option to return the product to the UAE at my expense

It took 5 weeks to receive the package from this company, and they sent the wrong shirts (not what I ordered) in the wrong size (sent small, I ordered XL). They have been very slow to respond and no help resolving the issue. Just contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. Don't bother ordering with this company!

I was very happy with the quality of the three shirts I purchased and they fit as expected. As well, I has some questions about the currency being shown in CAD but charged in USD (I am Canadian). Customer service was quick to respond and provided a satisfactory solution.
The items arrived relatively quickly.

The color of the sweater I ordered is more tan than khaki, but color differences are always to be expected. I do have to say that the sweater is not quite as long as I would like it to be, but it fits, is soft, warm and well-made. I would recommend it.

My shipment came in as expected. The clothes are top sewing quality, I know I sew. Love the material and the designed you do. My daughter love the top I bought her for christmas. This is my go to store. Thank you.

The sweaters quality was good. This rating is for the customer service. The items were too small and I contacted Olgora for a return label 2 weeks ago. I still don't have the label. Instead they keep offering me discounts to keep the items. I hope that this doesn't go on for another 30 days and then they'll tell me that it's too late to return.

Worst experience EVER. Ordered in December and still haven't received my order. "customer service" is a joke NOT helpful at all. They can't even offer any helpful information. All my replys seem to be computer generated.dont waste your time or money.

It's a scam. They will ship the product whereby you have to pay the postage to get the product. The package from the post office stated "Invalid return address" and "counterfeit postage label". I paid postage twice, when I paid for the product online and when product was delivered. I have a picture showing the $19.36 that I had to pay. The sizing is way off. I posted a review it didn't post on their site. They are out of China and the return label doesn't show Olgora's name. Return label name says"Raymond". I emailed and to date no reply from their customer service.

My order has not arrived and no response.

Update: PayPal has issues my refund after escalating the complaint.
Horrible delivery time, terrible customer service!!! I would actually not give them any stars. I was given a tracking number that did not ship until I filed a complaint with PayPal. I requested, a minimum of 3 times, that they just refund my money. After the complaint was filed, I immediately had movement on the shipment. I received the products, very poor material quality. Disproportionate sizing. I have e-mailed them now twice for a return with absolutely no response and PayPal is being of no help to resolve this issue
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!

Ordered a sweater (and accidently qty 2) and top in two sizes. The sweater is disappointing in quality, not as nice as the picture. (Like the cheapest arcrylic).
Asked to return/exchange the 1 sweater and top that didn't fit as I wd rather exchange for something else. They did respond offering abt a 3rd of the value just to be done. Not satisfactory at all! So I wd beware of ordering from them. They don't back up the exchange policy on their website. I am stuck with items I won't even were. I have not received any credit ....even a portion. Disappointing but I have learned my lesson. I will pursue additional action to get what was promised.

I'm saying five stars for the product. The initial experience was a 1 star. The quality is outstanding. I ordered more as soon as I tried on my third sweater from my first order. However, I missed the note when I initially purchased that said it would ship in 25 days. I placed my order on Dec 21, received my shipping notification with tracking on Dec 25th, which was odd since they are in the US. Then it stayed in limbo for 25 days with the dreaded "not yet scanned at origin". I contacted customer 3 times each time a little more on the verge of cancelling, because I was convinced I was just scammed. The first replies were not helpful or informative, just wait they said. The third reply took 4 days can came with a new tracking number which had movement. I don't think I would have been as frustrated had the tracking number been sent later in the process and had customer service said up front in my first message it takes 25 days. I'm a patient person with knowledge of why I need to be patient. I'm not when I don't have a valid explanation. Going forward my expectations for shipping have been adjusted so I'm a happy customer and have already recommended Olgora to others. I have received many compliments on my sweaters.

I received 3 beautiful blouses, material is very soft and colours are true to the picture. I gave one to my mom as she really liked it and suits her very nice. Since I am tall I wish that the blouses were a little longer, I might try the bigger size next time. Overall I am pleased with the quality and service and would definitely order more in the future.Thank you
