Chinese company selling absolute crap. You know those pictures showing "how it looked in the picture and what you really get". Well its that type of company. Stay far away.

Had some communication difficulties when ordering the cleaning bottles the 20th January this year. Mailed the company Olika Val and got the answer that my order was registered.
Received the bottles today, 5th February. All is well that ends well.

Straight-up fraudulent advertising on their website. Fake reviews all over their website. They always have a "sale" (violates consumer laws) and also creates fake urgency with "limited time offer!"...

Get to cups with s plate who keep them warm if you plug them into electricity.

First - everywhere in page they wrote that if you order today you will get at Christmas time- Falls! I ordered 16of December and they arrived at 31of January at night time.

Second - I didn’t even know they were not from Sweden because page ends with ”.se” I just found it out when I checked where is the package.

Third - package were delivered squeezed,damaged on sides and looked awful not like a Christmas present.

Fourth- cups wasn’t damaged but they were dirty with fingerprints,some oily dust and looked not nice. I washed them but nothing changed so much anyway.

Fifth - Did someone warned me that cable for plate who need to use to keep cup warm isn’t for Swedish electricity holes?! My husband gone to Jula to shop new electrical appliance to change cable and it will be able to use here in Sweden.

I’m very disappointed and feel a little bit of shame that I gave this present to someone because they needed new cups at home.

Really cool design.

It was hard to put together without a description and in the advertisement it should be a bucket and it wasn’t.

It worked fine and was delivered on time.

The article i had ordered didnt fit to what i had expected so i requested to return then surprisingly they took hand of my request very fast and i got my money back.

i got the candles i order and i notice that you get to put the water inside and you get things to do it i have not tried it yet and see if it works but i hope it works as the video says :)

Have not used in action yet,but so far it looks very good,easy to put together,looking forward to use it for my cleaning in the house
