Product is nothing like what was advertised and took weeks to be delivered. I will Not be using again. Very disappointed.

Do not purchase.
Website incorrectly makes you believe they care Uk based and Pills are shipped within UK.
Tablets took over 3 weeks to come.
They offer 30day refund however fail to mention on their website the items have to be sent back to China and be quality checked. And they fail to mention they are sent from china.
Cheap packaging, absolute fraudulent company.

My husband ordered 2 bottles of ozempec..but received 2 bottles of GLP-1 SUPPLEMENT instead..we have tried twice to get in touch by email Ireall would like something to be done if possible

This company is saying its in the UK.....it's so far from the truth ....they are actually sending unregulated pills from china and this has been reported to the nessasary departments in the UK so they can not con anyone else from this spoofing web address.will also not refund

Hard to give this company a less than one star Not even worth an empty star.
Useless products that when returned for refund seem to vanish into the Avis’s so refunds are never activated after paying yourself for return so out of pocket on two counts. They do not answer emails and simply don’t give a shite

I bought Ozempil from this company,when i did have concerns about the product i emailed them, i did back from them, so very good communication. The tablets arrived yesterday, started taking them this morning, so fingers crossed they work.
No complaints here.

Received a completely different product to what I ordered (probably to satisfy proof of posting)! They have not answered emails, totally ignoring my requests to send the correct product or refund my money. IGNORE LIKE THE PLAGUE! The only thing they sent quicker from China was Covid!!!

Ordered the glp1 tablets that are branded as ozempil when I finally received the order after nearly 3 weeks,definatly not uk based as had to come thru customs,the label on the pill bottles looks cheap and is totally different to advertised there are no instructions on the bottle how to take,it is not ozempil brand it has no brand on the bottle I'm disputing now with company that this is not product advertised,I'm desperate to loise weight but I'm also now not going to take this product and want my money back

this is the very worst company ever delta with they wont give me my refund and the tablets all come from china and my doctor told me NOT TO TOUCH THEM as we do not know what is inside them could be drugs for all we know NEVER TOUCH THEM i have been trying to get my £30.00 back for a month nearly ever dayNOT GOOD

Do not buy from this company I ordered some glasses and they never arrived then I had email from them saying that if the lost glasses need returning I would have to forfeit 7.50 of the price to cover the return absolute crooks never will I try them again con artists

Order one pair of glasses never arrived this people are low life con. £40 gone

Bought 2 pair of Vision Pro spectacles from Olivara in January 2026. Advertised to improve vision without a prescription. Arrived 10 days later. Made absolutely zero difference to my vision both far and near. Asked for a refund. Still waiting for a reply.
Absolute con.
Update: They prevaricated for a month. PayPal have now reimbursed me for Olivara's failure to deliver the product as advertised.

This company are virtually fraudulent.
one is led to believe it is UK based when not.
You are lucky if your items don't arrive, maybe you will get a refund. Your purchase likely will be utterly useless like my tooth glue which didn't last for 30mins let alone 3 days! which cost 5 times similar products in UK (which work). Their restrictions make
it too expensive to return them.

I looked at these glasses on Facebook, Olivara UK said you can see with them at any distance they lied, I can't read with these glasses at vertically any distance, I wish I'd have read the reviews which people had written about this product, I do believe they will give me a refund, but it's gonna cost me half of what these Vision Pro glasses cost me to return them, if they were truthful in what they said that these glasses will do, then it would be okay, but they lied in their advert, and have people lying for them, there crooks and scammers.
There trading name is Olivare UK, but this is a company that is situated in China. I brought these glasses thinking this company names Olivara UK are based here in the UK. NOT SO!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, COMPLETE RUBBISH!
The Vision Pro glasses are completely useless and not fit for purpose in any way. They give the impression of being a UK company but insist on goods being returned tracked to China. This is only advised when a refund is requested, there is no clarity on this before ordering.

Bought the adhesive gel for false teeth its is absolutely garbage does not work for 40 mins let alone 4 days they got 1 star because they respond within 24 hours but the response is not good 100% money back guarantee but only when you send it back to China if opened non refund but how do you try it all in all New Year’s resolution stop getting conned by foreign countries buy British from local shops

I wish I had looked on here before ordering; lesson learnt. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Don't trust facebook reviews; £40 down.

Absolutely rubbish customer services and products,sent really cheap products for high price then insisted I return them at my own cost to china then stopped messaging altogether, avoid at all costs

Delivery took almost 3 weeks and I finally received the wrong product. Olivara are insisting I received the item ordered in spite of my sending them photographic evidence to the contrary.
