The customer service at Olive and Piper is just amazing. Not only are they very responsive, but you can tell they truly care for their customers. My bridesmaids and I cannot wait to wear their jewelry at my upcoming wedding! So chic and timeless.

I ordered 5 Sadie pendants and 5 Rosalind drop earrings yesterday and am delighted to say they arrived today! These are bridesmaid gifts for my daughter’s wedding and they are absolutely lovely. I have 5 Layla bracelets on there way and I have no doubt that they too will exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Olive and Piper. There customer service and attention to detail is exceptional.

I have been a loyal customer for a few years now. Even wore Olive and Piper on my wedding day. I came across a pair of earrings that share the name we have chosen to give my daughter, and wanted to order them for my baby shower. When I went to order them, they were out of stock. They were not estimated to be restocked until after the event date. I contacted their care team to see if they could help, assuming the answer would be no, and they were able to find a pair and get them sent to me immediately. I am really grateful to have them and the name sharing is so special to me. What excellent service!!

The earrings that I bought to wear on my wedding day exceeded every expectation. I looked for a really long time for some thing to wear and took a chance on these and I’m so glad I did because they are absolutely beautiful.

First the products are all so elegant, sophisticated, beautiful and unique, but in addition, customer service was phenomenal. I placed an order for a gift for my daughter for her wedding and used a credit card by mistake that she has access to from when she was younger. I thought I shouldn’t have used that card so that she doesn’t come across the purchase. I reached out to customer service to see if I could change the payment type, and they responded immediately, took action to see what could be done and gave instructions…. THEN they followed up to let me know the new payment for the order was all set. All of this was immediate action and offered so pleasantly. Truly a great experience not to mention the beautiful earrings that are exactly what I was looking for!!!

I purchased two "Something Blue" pins for upcoming family weddings. The shipping was so fast! The packaging and quality of the jewlery is outstanding. These will be great gifts for the brides to be!

Unfortunately my first order was stolen from my mailbox. I was very disappointed. However when I reached out to customer support, they were kind enough to issue another shipment for me. I finally received my order, the pieces are beautiful. Can't wait to show them off at the wedding next weekend. Thank you Olive & Piper!

The customer service was outstanding. I accidentally ordered the wrong bracelet for my son’s wedding. They shipped the correct one super fast and gave me a store credit immediately. I preferred refund since I had already bought the correct one. It was handled promptly and nicely. They also add a handwritten card with your name on it with a heart in the package. I will definitely be ordering from them again.❤️

I received my first order from Olive and Piper yesterday. The pieces are beautiful and of excellent quality. The on-line ordering was simple and straightforward. My order arrived within a week. The communication from the company was timely and personal.

I literally gasped when I pulled the first pair of earrings from the cute little bag they were packaged in! The quality and design of the pieces was above and beyond my expectations - how will I ever decide which ones to wear?!?!?

I’ve been a customer for a few years and they have great products however I got burned by customer support and I can’t shop there anymore. Tl;dr you won’t get your money back or a replacement order if anything goes wrong with shipping.

I placed an order in mid Feb and it was shipped out promptly. The issue is even though the package was marked as delivered at Feb 20 at 5:15pm, it was not actually there - I checked at 5:30pm. I double checked the next morning and again, the package wasn’t there. I then flew out of town for vacation. Upon returning from my trip, I TRIPLE checked and again. Not there. So I reached out to their customer support. To say the least, they were not very helpful and did not show much empathy.

I explained my situation and they sent me a generic response to wait 3-4 days. I already did that! I asked for a replacement order, alternatively a refund. They denied both. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and they lied in their argument. They put the blame on me going on vacation and then not being able to locate the package upon my return. This doesn’t make sense. If it was actually delivered the day before I left town, then I would have received it.

For context, I work from home so I keep a close eye on any expected packages. My complex also locks and secures each unit’s mailbox. Meaning if the package was actually delivered to my mailbox, then it would be there.

Net net, I never got my package and I can’t get my money back. Shop at your own risk because apparently as a consumer you’re now responsible for the mistakes that a courier that the merchant picks makes.

Penelope was a great help with my latest purchase! I misread my birthday gift coupon but she still helped me sort it out and gave me free shipping. I received my purchase about a week after I ordered and it came in perfect condition. I'm excited to wear my new jewelry!

I ordered earrings for a special occasion, and mistakenly ordered gold instead of silver. I didn't realize the error until I received the shipping notification. I contacted O & P to see how I should handle it. I decided to just order the silver ones and return the gold ones when they arrive rather than wait to do an exchange because of the time. The silver ones arrived a day or two after the gold ones, and I feel like they must have expedited the order because they knew I needed them by a certain date. I was pleased by the customer service, and even more pleased by how well the silver earrings matched the dress for my special occasion.

My package was never received for whatever reason, but the representatives at Olive and Piper very quickly dealt with the issue (within an hour), and didn't ask me to simply deal with it through Canada Post. Fantastic customer service.
