I have never been more disappointed by an item bought online. The Faye Ribboned Vest looks like it was literally made for babies. Don’t buy it unless you aren’t a size 4 or if you have anything more than an A cup.

My go-to trouser shop
I've been shopping with Olive now for over a year. I pretty much buy all my trousers from there now as the fit is perfect. The quality is great and well worth the money. The delivery and returns process is top tier.

I ordered the gingham dress from Olive, and also the dress was beautiful in itself. Finish wasn’t quite what I was expecting. I got in touch with Olive and I must say the customer service was fantastic and they arranged an exchange for me. it was quite honestly one of the easiest experiences I’ve had. Spicy say the second dress I received was perfect and much more fitting off the standard I expect from olive. I will definitely be shopping from them again.

Just received my order today and really disappointed. The dress I bought for £89 is poor quality, almost see through and not worth the money. This was not an impulse buy and thought it would be a good standard for the prices Olive clothing costs but definitely not. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Customer Service is incredible when things go unexpectedly
Had a missing package after sending a return via RoyalMail. My tracking code was not working, but I did have a reference image of giving the package over, as well as the label. The support team were so incredible and tracked the package from their side. They saw it had arrived at a go-between destination, and before even finding the missing package they have actioned an immediate return. Recommend recommend!

Horrible Customer Service
My partner bought me a pair of trousers for Christmas and because it’s Christmas, he bought it in advance. The trousers didn’t fit me (cutting not so much the size) so he requested for a refund. ANY OTHER SHOP would have a longer return/refund policy as it is CHRISTMAS! Everyone buys at least 2 weeks in advance. But they said it’s past the return period which is only 2 weeks. We tried to explain and hope they’d understand but they issued a gift card and basically said we are doing you a favour. We wrote twice pleading as none of their clothes fit and what am I going to do with money sitting there. And the clothes aren’t exactly cheap!
So I do NOT recommend shopping here.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Their clothes are staples of my wardrobe and last well. Delivery is always fast. I had an issue with a dress before Christmas and they sent me a replacement straight away. Recommend.
New dress with a hole in it
An expensive dress I wore once....on the sofa, and found a hole in it. Because I had cut the tags off that morning, I was told no refund or replacement. I understand they have a policy etc but I'm gutted. I had hoped for this dress for months and I know I didn't tear it! Won't be ordering again or recommending.

I strongly suspect my order was stolen by the delivery driver. I contacted Olive, hoping they would be at the very least sympathetic. However, their response was to teeter on the edge of calling me a liar- “Royal Mail’s tracking information is more robust”. “More robust”? Than what? A complaint from a now EX regular customer? Very sadly I won’t be shopping with Olive again, not because they didn’t replace my order, but because their attitude made me feel horrible and worthless as a customer.
