I did the level 3 Emergency Care For First Responders course and i have to say it was a fantastic experiance the whole team were so welcoming and were full of knowledge i would reccomend them fully and will be looking to do more courses through them in the future

I did the SIA CP top up course with Paul at Olive Group Training. The course was professionally run which made it an enjoyable experience. Paul has extensive and broad security industry experience which enhances the course beyond the stated aim.

Learned a lot on the CP course with Olive Group, from both Paul and Steve. It’s great to be able to do the training with an operational company and get the insights into the industry. You need to give the course your all to get the most out of it, but there’s a real sense of achievement at the end. Excellent work guys.

Great course from start to finish, well instructed and planned out. Good facility and onsite accommodation if required. Would highly recommend Olive Group at the Tunnels for all your training requirements. I'll be going back once again for all future training needs.

A fantastic course taught by experienced operators who have actually been there and done it everything expected was delivered and more, both theory of legislation and realistic practical scenarios which allowed for us to put into action what was taught many thanks to paul and Steve for your support throughout and after the course was completed.

I booked onto FREC Level 3 Course through Olive Group as I had heard alot of good things about them.

The course itself was great and very well run, with a good balance between theory and practical lessons to ensure you have the right knowledge and skills to pass the course.

The instructor was knowledgeable and a good teacher, using his past experiences to further develop our skills

I recently attended Highfield lvl 3 First Response Emergency Care at Olive Group, it was a very relaxed but very professionally run course. They take the time to make sure you understand the subject prior to sitting the test and you get treated like an adult.

I cannot express highly enough the standard of the training provided.
Having previously held both FPOSi and FREC3 qualifications, along with attending FREC4, the course content, delivery and practical scenarios far surpassed them all.
From the onset of my initial enquiries, Olive Group (Paul Furlong) provided regular, prompt updates in relation to the course. This included details of local accommodation, places to eat, course details and easy to follow directions using What3Words.
The location is easy access from the main road yet tranquil, set in a beautiful woodland backdrop, perfect for time out on your break. Teas, coffees and lunch are all provided on a daily basis throughout the course.

The trainer Rob, is a breath of fresh air, knowledgeable, realistic, and relevant.
Rob is passionate in his delivery, bringing first hand, front-line experience into the training room. He is patient, calm and understanding of others, bringing the group together, using our knowledge and life experience to enhance the whole training experience throughout the week. Rob’s integrity and professionalism did not falter throughout the duration of the course, always approachable and open to questions.
From day 1 of the course both Rob and Paul worked as team, planning impromptu, realistic practical scenarios, essential to the learning. Group discussions were openly encouraged to enhance the learning processes, we were supported and monitored throughout for our emotional and mental well being, and everyone’s work backgrounds taken into consideration.
The final practical assessments were challenging and extremely realistic, testing our knowledge, learned skills and our individual ability to cope in difficult, trauma based incidents.
The overall safety and standards throughout the course were paramount, as the only female candidate amongst 12 male candidates, I was treated with the utmost of respect and consideration throughout.
Without hesitation, I highly recommend Olive Group and Safe Hands Medical Services and would encourage anyone to use their services for training purposes!! *****

Emergency Care First Responders Course - Delivered by Rob who is passionate and extremely experienced in the world of medicine and real world medical scenarios. The course is pitched at the right level for those who have never had exposure up to those with years of experience, you will all learn something.
