Cheap product, even cheaper customer service
Terrible experience. First ring came missing a stone. When addressed they offered a $3 refund with a 20% future order. I had to specifically request a replacement ring. Once that ring arrived it damaged and turned green within 2 weeks of wear even with taking care to keep it away from water. When addressed with the company their response was if it's not too damaged continue to wear and to give a % off a future purchase. These are $90 to $200 rings and should not be cheap plated metal.
To clarify based on their reply, there was a deal to get a ring VALUED at 89.99 for free if I paid shipping. I decided to try out their product based on that to see if their quality was worth the price they charge. It is not. This product is cheaply made and no one should purchase it at full price only to receive a plated metal.
2nd edit---they are removing my comments on their Facebook page, and have subsequently blocked me in order to reduce their profit loss. This is a terrible company who is making it abundantly clear that they would rather bury negative reviews than produce a quality product for the price they charge.

Although it did take a long time to arrive, and I did get one wrong item in my order of 2 orgone pyramids, they did eventually make i right. They sent me a replacement pyramid. I haven't had good customer service with Chinese companies in the past so I was surprised that they made this right. I would recommend them to others because of this.

My print was delivered in a soft parcel package and was dog eared, bent & buckled. AUD $56 is a disgrace for what turned up. Deeply dissapppinted. I'll have to flatten the print out under something heavy then hope when I put it in a frame it will look acceptable. Won't ever buy from OliveNorma again!!
