I had a very disappointing experience with this insolvency company. From the beginning, communication was poor and often delayed, leaving me feeling confused and unsupported during an already stressful situation. I was promised clear guidance and regular updates, but instead I had to constantly chase them for basic information.

The advice I received felt generic and not tailored to my circumstances, which made me question their expertise. On top of that, fees were not explained properly upfront, and I later discovered additional costs that were never clearly discussed.

Overall, the service lacked professionalism, transparency, and empathy. I would not recommend this company to anyone dealing with financial difficulties, as you need a firm that is responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely supportive—qualities that were clearly missing here.

When it comes to closing insolvent companies, and acting for creditors when they have been defrauded, Oliver Elliot provides an excellent and efficient service, at all times. The team is tenacious, and fully up to speed on all relevant aspects of the Law. Highly recommend.

The owner of a small group of service companies that I was associated with operated a “Phoenix” in a one of companies under his control and proceeded to strike it off, without notice.
I succeeded in getting the company restored to the Register in order to serve a Winding up Order for the amount of a Judgement in favour of the creditor group.

When the application to wind up was publicised, Elliott Green wrote to me to set out his experience as an Insolvency Practitioner. In a subsequent phone call, we discussed my motive for pursuing the case, as there were no apparent assets to recover. They had been “transferred away” in the Phoenix by the owner.

Impressed by the professionalism of his approach, the creditors asked the Official Receiver that Elliot Green be appointed as Liquidator of the company. Since his appointment, Elliot has diligently and impartially carried out his duties in the face of an obdurate and often factually incorrect obfuscation strategy. The company’s books and computer server were also “lost”.
In addition to his annual report on the winding up, Elliott promptly replies patiently to creditor questions.
