From the moment of order to the delivery and unpacking entire experience was great. Didn’t need customer service whatsoever (that’s the best to be honest).
The watch: packaging itself was good and sustainable, watch arrived on time , no damage.
Green sundial Arbor is breathtaking, superb design and execution. Strap is easy to put on and looks great and balanced with the watch itself.

Comment for the company: this watch is beautiful as your whole collection, however, very little audience knows it, my recommendation for you guys to join WatchCrunch App to get more attention, explain what is what and be rightful member of the watch world.

I was looking for a watch that reflects elegance and vintage charm. The "Caeli" watch with the brown dial from Oliver Green perfectly matches my expectations. Since I'm not a fan of all these smartwatches, it's difficult these days to find an analog watch that meets my needs. But I found exactly what I was looking for with Oliver Green, and this definitely won't be my last watch. I can wholeheartedly recommend this watch brand, and everything else (shipping, etc.) went smoothly as well. Oliver Green is a watch brand where you get quality and uniqueness at a good price, which is why I highly recommend it. So get your watch.

I like the brand and the watches. I finally bought my first one on 3th of December. I’ve received it on the 10th of December. All good here.

The problem has been that it’s too small for me and I requested an exchange. I sent an email to the customer service the same day I received it and another one on 21st of December, making the request and I still haven’t received any response. I also called the customer service on 18th of December. No reply so far. It has been already more than two weeks.

This is a very disappointing experience and not at all professional. There must have been something wrong. I just want to exchange the same watch from 36mm to 41mm.

From start to finish, Oliver Green’s customer service — especially thanks to Jeppe — was truly outstanding. I had an issue with my watch, and he handled it with such care, flexibility, and kindness. He replied to every email quickly and clearly, making the whole process easy and reassuring.

Even though I'm not from an English-speaking country (I'm from South Korea), Jeppe was always respectful, understanding, and incredibly supportive throughout our communication. I never felt like a language or cultural barrier got in the way.

특히 Arbor 모델이 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 크로노그래프 시계는 보통 크기가 크게 제작되어 손목에 사이즈가 맞지 않는데 정말 세련된 디자인에 크기도 적당해서 마음에 들었습니다. 다시 말하지만 영어권 국가에 속하지 않아 의도가 잘 전해지지 않을까 걱정했는데 Jeppe와의 소통은 너무 좋았습니다. 처음에 크로노그래프 사용법을 물었을 때 빠르고 친절하게 알려준 Jeppe에게 정말 고맙습니다. 마음이 따뜻해지는 경험이었습니다.

The watch I had ordered and received at the beginning of June, did not work. Fine. Things happen. Originally, I did not get much help from customer service when it became a bigger problem with the return process. After a few months, another Oliver Green customer service rep had worked hard to resolve the issue and my faith doing business with this company has been restored. I have purchased watches from Oliver Green before because I think they are elegant looking, great quality watches for a decent price, the company supports some good causes, and I have been very happy with the current ones that I have. I am delighted that everything worked out on both sides. Thank you!

I got the Arbor watch with one leather strap and two textile ones and I absolutely love it! The design is beautiful, the functions are great and changing the straps is very intuitive and quick.
I had a little trouble with the delivery (to Germany via UPS), so I contacted customer service about it and they have been super nice and helpful and quickly found a solution so I could receive my order - thanks again, Jeppe :)
I'll very likely get another of their watches soon!

Beautiful watch, love the design and how good it looks on my armwrist!! Haven't bought a watch in years. I used to wear a SmartWatch lately, but fell so in love with this one from Oliver Green!
