The delivery time was communicated in advance and I had the chance to rearrange the delivery location. Only thing was I had to look up what Baytree is - there was no mention of Oliver Spencer on the delivery notifications from DHL.

DFL failed to deliver to my home…
DFL failed to deliver to my home despite the fact that I stayed in all day and waited for them to call. They claimed they had called. Not true. Eventually,, and at a significant loss of time and money I had to go all the way to DFL Wapping to collect the goods. Lousy service from DFL

My entire wardrobe is being taken over by jumpers, jackets and shirts from OS and I couldn't love the clothes more! They are effortlessly cool, stylish and timeless and I will be shopping at Oliver Spencer for many years to come!
