I purchased the 'oh so fine' necklace in June 24 and have pretty much worn it ever since, however unfotunately it snapped recently when I was putting it on.
I reached out to Olivia & Pearl to see if this would be covered by the warranty, or if not, if I could use the repair service.
I was contacted by Clementine immediately, who could not have been more helpful, arranging for a replacement to be shipped the same day!
The customer service I have received is second to none. Not only do they make beautiful jewellery, they really care about their customers.
I would not heistate to recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again.

Good service and quality jewellery at competitive pricing

I loved the knecklace. However with regards to the free gift of the bracelet, I did find it very hard to clip it myself because of the stiffness of it which was disappointing Just passing on feedback which might be of use Kind regards Linda

Order and delivery went smoothly.
Slightly disappointed with chain in quality and sizing. I’m not big around neck but even at longest felt uncomfortable, added magnetic clasp which has allowed extra length to be comfortable to wear.

Stunning necklace which I have worn every day since it arrived. The free bracelet was a lovely treat and it too is absolutely beautiful. They both came in lovely packaging. ❤️

So happy with my beautiful keshi pearl necklace and earrings. I bought them in preparation for my brother wedding in New York - but could not resist wearing them before! They are beautiful, unusual and have been getting the compliments already.

From the very first time I bought my pearl earrings from Olvia and Pearl I have found their service exemplary in beautifully wrapped packaging. I have so many of their products as well as buying for friends and family members. My daughter loves her heart shapped earrings and wears them everywhere. So many people compliment me on the earrings and neckless I wear.

Bought a necklace which is lovely, offer included a free bracelet. Received the necklace which is great but not the free bracelet. Have tried emailing multiple times with no response. Poor service. Why offer a free bracelet if you're not going to actually send it?!?!

Bought a beautiful pearl bracelet for my partner which sadly broke quite shortly after purchase. It turns out this was a faulty product - which does happen!

Lilly from the support team was excellent from start to finish. Returning and replacing the product was seamless and she represents the company very well.

I’m looking forward to regifting the bracelet and as I wanted it to be something to keep!

I ordered to mainland Europe - I was looking for a quality gift, which seemed to fit the bill.

They advertised 2-day delivery, which was false. The item took a week to arrive but of course as it wasn't DDP ( Delivery Duty Paid ) it took a lot longer to deal with customs.

The worst of all was what I saw in the commercial invoice via customs:

Is this all made in China?!

Despite the products looking fine, I'm now unsure about the quality - nowhere in the website it's mentioned that these are Chinese manufactured jewelry

Update: The shop has now updated their Delivery page which should eliminate similar issues and I find their explanation for the commercial invoice acceptable.

I received my first product from Olivia & Pearl as a gift and I absolutely love it! The pearl necklace I received is so beautiful, you can tell it is high quality and well made. The necklace was also beautifully wrapped when it arrived, coming in a lovely box to keep it in. Would definitely buy more jewellery from Oliva & Pearl in the future!

I got the Oh So Fine necklace in yellow gold with 3 pearls and it’s my new fav piece of jewelry. I’ve received so many compliments on it and it’s perfect for both day and night. The pearls are beautiful, really high quality - as is the gold plating. I’m always a little bit skeptical when it comes to plated jewelry but this is super well made. I’d give it 5 stars but I’m not the biggest fan of adjustable necklaces as I think it looks a little clunky on my back (yes, I know it’s more practical and gives more options re length). It would’ve been great to be able to choose a length. Other than that, super happy! I’m wearing it to a wedding this weekend.

Absolutely exquisite necklace. Timeless, elegant and yet simple. My girlfriend got this to me for Christmas and I have received so many compliments. Elevates any look with just this one detail. Love-love-loveeee it!
