THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!!
I cannot tell you what an awful experience I have had. I placed an order and was told that I needed to place a bigger order or the order would take a week not next day.
At that stage a week later would have been fine.
A week later and nothing arrived and then I got the same message again asking me to place a bigger order which at this stage there was no way I was prepared to do as I was already feeling uneasy.
Now three weeks later and I was asked to pay an additional £20 towards postage and am feeling seriously like it is a scam and still no delivery but am told after paying that that I will receive my order at 5pm the next day.
Yet another three days go buy and I get told I have to pay a £150 quarantine and insurance which I am told will be refunded.
This is for a delivery from Plymouth UK to Gloucestershire UK.
Now a month later having spent £131 I still do not have my order. I am feeling very alarmed at what has happened and not at all happy to pay out an additional £150 for something that makes no sense whatsoever.
All my trust has been completely broken and I should have stuck to my usual supplier.
This experience has made me feel sick to my stomach and I have repeatedly asked for a refund which has been ignored so I have to take further action.
If quarantine and insurance fees need to be paid it should be on the seller to pay them and they get reimbursed if that even happens which at this stage I doubt.
I have NO trust in this company and do not believe a word I am told. A month later and still no delivery !!!!
