I ordered a bracelet as a gift and specifically asked the store to remove the price and include a note. Unfortunately, my request was only read after the delivery was already completed.
As a result, the gift arrived with official paperwork clearly showing the price, which completely ruined the surprise. For a gift especially a children’s gift this detail is very important.
While the product itself is beautiful, the service and attention to customer requests were disappointing. If you are ordering this as a gift, be aware that special instructions may not be handled in time.
