They took my money without sending my…

They took my money without sending my item Told me there no such order until I gave them invoice and item #....showed payment from my card. They scammed me and I'm still fighting these crooks. Don't buy from these thieves, even with proof they deny this situation. So disgusted.

I bought a birthstone bracelet that I was so excited to get

I bought a birthstone bracelet that took so long to get even though they said 2 to 4 weeks. When I did receive it I really liked it. Not even one month later I noticed one of the. stones fell out. They wanted me to buy new one at 50% off. Really not even a month old, I got them to finally send me a new charm which I was gonna have jeweler put on. Then 2 days later a whole charm fell off. NOW they won't answer my emails and I never got a new one of the one the stone fell out. IF THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The nerve to ask me to buy a new one at 50% of..They don't want to rectify it in any way.

Do not buy from this company!

I ordered grandmother’s bracelet for my mom for her birthday. It came in and it didn’t look as good as the picture but I decided not to worry about it and gave it to my mom anyways. She wore it for all of two minutes before the clasp broke off. I contacted the company and asked them if they could repair it or replace it and they said they would send me five dollars to have it repaired somewhere locally. I told them I was not going to be able to find anybody locally to repair it for that amount of money and asked to them to return it and they said they would be too expensive to send it back but they would offer me 50% off another item. I absolutely would not give this company any more money. The quality of the jewelry is garbage and terrible customer service.

Wonderful customer service and a heartfelt experience

I purchased a cusomizezd bracelet with 10 birthstones, but when I received it, I noticed that the November birthstone had the wrong color.I immediately contacted their customer service via email, only to realize later that the mistake was entirely mine - I had accidentally written "January" instead of "November" when providing the custom details. It truly made me laugh and cry at the same time!My mom absolutely loves the bracelet, so I asked them for a solution. They explained that exchanging it would take a long time and involve high return shipping fees. However, they kindly offered a solution: if I paid for the shipping cost, they would remake a new bracelet for me without needing to return the original one. They said I could keep the original as well!A few days ago, My mom received the new, corrected bracelet. My mom was overjoyed, she called me the moment she got it to let me know how happy she was and asked me to send an email to the website to confirm we'd received it and to express her thanks. I've already done that, but I also wanted to come to Trustpilot to share this experience.
This purchase was such a heartwarming and positive experience. I'm truly grateful for their kindness and excellent service. My mom's happiness made it all worth it. Thank you so much -- God bless you!

Grateful for the amazing purchase and customer service

I purchased a customizd birthstone ring, and unfortunately, I accidentally fell and knocked one of the stones off. I contacted their customer service, and at first, they suggested I try DIY repairs or visit a local jeweler, as custom orders take time to remake. However, I couldn't find the missing birthstone, so they eventually offered to remake a new ring for me free of charge. I just received it, and I'm incredibly touched by their generosity.

Honestly, I wasn't planning to leave a review because the issue was entirely my own fault. But the fact that they went above and beyond to resolve the problem, even though it wasn't their responsibility, made me feel the need to do something to show my appreciation.

This is my first review on Trustpilot, ----I've known about it for a long time but never felt motivated to write anything until now. I'm truly grateful for their exceptional service and wanted to share this experience.

I've also attached a picture of the ring I bought, showing how it looked after I fell and one of the stones came off. Just wanted to share it with everyone here!

Customer service resolved the issue overall satisfied,

They responded quickly and offered to remake the item for free, which changed my perception of their service.

The product quality is okay, nothing extraordinary, but the customer service really stood out. They were proactive and resolved the issue efficiently, which I appreciate. Overall, I am satisfied and would rate it 4 stars. If I make another purchase in the future ,I will update my review again.

ARROGANT AND FRAUDULENT

I ordered a 5 stone ring that had one December birthstone. The ring I received had a cloudy royal blue stone that looks like a cornflower Sapphire not a blue topaz. It looks very cheap and cloudy. The rest of the stones in the ring are decent for what it is. I wanted something to be able to wear to work and not worry about it. December is blue topaz (they show a blue zircon which is a little blue green) and they also have an aquamarine for March which is a little lighter. I told them I did not like the way it looked and the stone isn't even the appropriate color. I would be happy if they would replace it with the aquamarine or even the blue zircon. They told me this was the correct stone and didn't even care that I didn't like it. IT IS NOT THE CORRECT STONE. IT IS THE EXACT COLOR OF THEIR SEPTEMBER STONE. This went back and forth on email for 2 weeks. Way too much time to spend on a $35 ring. They told me that it is the correct "diamond" color. They didn't want to hear what I had to say and could careless that I was unhappy. Made no effort to rectify the situation which would have just been to send me a return label and change out the stone for me. So NOW I have this big ugly Royal blue stone in my ring that stands out like a sore thumb. Their customer service and responses deserves a ZERO STAR. They did not even care that I said I'm the customer and I'm not happy and would they please change the stone out for me. I would not order from this company ever.

Terrible company

Terrible company. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. Customer services is appalling. They claim to support research into illnesses such as Alzheimer’s through sales of products (very small percentage if any goes to charity). Sizing charts on website is inaccurate. I ordered 2 rings based on sizing chart. They were too big. When I asked for a return address I was initially told they don’t do refunds. Which is against trading standards. I ordered from UK website they said I would need to pay for return to China before I would get a refund. The about pg on the website talks about company being set up because of family member making handmade jewellery but their products are shipped from China and not handmade as lead to believe from website blurb!

PAY $25 FOR JEWELRY AND GET $5 PIECE OF METAL AND PLASTIC THAT TURNS YOUR SKIN BLACK/GREEN! MY FIANCÉ WAS RIPPED OFF WHEN HE TRIED TO PURCHASE DIABETES SUPPORT RINGS FOR US FOR A CHRISTMAS (2024) PRESENT! THEY NEVER SENT IT! THEY ARE IDENTICAL TO SOULIN COMPANY!! SOB STORY ON BOTH THEIR WEBSITES IN ABOUT SECTION ARE THE SAME WITH THE DATE OF “sad incident” THAT STARTED THEIR COMPANY BEING THE ONLY DIFFERENCE! THEY EVEN HAVE IDENTICAL PHOTOS WITH NAMES CHANGED ON OBJECTS IN PHOTOS FROM EITHER OLIVIA TO SOULIN OR VICE VERSA! THEY HAVE TWO FACEBOOKS THAT I FOUND WHERE ONE SAYS US AND THE OTHER DOESNT BUT THEY ARE BOTH RAN BY THE SAME “person” WITH A NAME WRITTEN IN CHINESE! THEY SELL CANCER, DIABETES AND OTHER ILLNESS SUPPORT JEWELRY TO PULL ON YOUR HEARTSTRINGS AND THEN RIP YOU OFF! DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THEM! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF OF EITHER ALL YOUR MONEY OR TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU LITERAL PLASTIC, ROCKS AND METAL! ALSO, TARGETING PEOPLE WITH DISEASES MAKES THIS MORE FKD UP IF THATS POSSIBLE! Buyers beware!

If I could rate this company as a 0, I would. I ordered my item 11/2/24, card was charged 11/4/24 and to this date, I have not received my item. I am beyond furious. I've reached out to their customer service and was told the item shipped, they are unable to assist and I need to reach out to the delivery company.

Cheap looking jewelry

Cheap looking jewelry, not at all how it appears in the pictures or description. The band looks and feels like toy gold. The gem is dull. Left a 2 star review on the item online and they removed it. I would not recommend this company.

I DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PROFIT FROM CANCER COMPANYordered a black and silver bracelet

I ordered a black and silver bracelet. They sent me pink. When I queried this they said I had ordered pink. I never. They will not exchange or refund me. Even though I sent them a copy of there refund and exchange policy and now won't answer my emails. The bracelet is flimsy and cheap looking, and having now seen other reviews turns skin black, silver turns black.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, NOTHING IS DONATED TO ANY CHARITIES OR RESEARCH, ITS ALL FOR PROFIT.
