Olivia May is very quick to send you out the items you have purchased, however if you wish to return them and request a refund the experience is the complete opposite. This retailer is the slowest to refund and you will be waiting some considerable time to get your money back. They’re simply is no reason why a company should hold onto your funds longer than is necessary for this reason alone I will not be purchasing any items from Olivia May.

I ordered a pair of Lofina Boots which when they went to dispatch them, they noticed and pen mark on the suede. They send me a picture of the mark and offered a further 10% reduction. I didn't take them but I have no doubt other companies would not have been so truthful. I will definitely order from them again.
