I made a purchase back in November 2024, tracking the parcel which took forever to come from China, then to find that apparently the company have delivered to an address in a completely different city. I have tried emailing and calling multiple times with no response.

Never received product. Have failed to get any communication with company having to go through credit card for refund

This is a scam site! Ordered on 03/12/24 and received a notification 30/12 saying delivered but never was!! Not responding for any emails ! Liars and scammers!!!

Scam, ordered a vibration board on 29th Nov 2024 and still not arrived. Not answering emails.. AVOID

I order a product and according to the courier company, the delivery address was a totally different one then instructed by me. I have tried numerous times to contact the company via phone and email, but there is no reply.
DO NOT BUY !!!

Zero stars. Ordered 22.11.24 on the basis the company was in Spain and quick delivery advertised. Disappointed when the tracking information showed it was coming from China. Followed the slow progress. Purportedly got to destination airport on 30.11.24, then just stuck there. I emailed them about this. No response. Then magically the item went from the airport to delivered, with nothing in between on 18.12.24. I contacted them to say it hadn't been delivered and to ask for proof. This email and all the others since go ignored. Do not order. Their advert was on Facebook, but appears to have now disappeared. Scam company. Whilst I paid by card, it was under £100, so nothing I can do to get the money back. Avoid.

This is a bogus company. I am not sure it exists and quite frankly can’t believe I fell for it.

I ordered a toy car the first week of December, till date I have not received it. I didn’t receive any confirmation email. I have emailed several times but no response. I would steer clear of them if I were you.

Never got my item this company is a scam being trying for a month to get a reply nothing didn't get updates or nothing DO NOT USE

Really didn't want to order from this website but a loved one request something from it.

As far as I can tell this is a scam website. They'll give you a fake tracking code.

I ordered two violates 28/11/24 tracked the parcel says it’s delivered never received them. I wrote a complaint email and it was ignored

ordered 7th dec 2024, have emailed etc over 10 times not a single reply bank has started a fraud case also contacted ombudsman have warned them of this but still nothing until today its now saying was delivered 19/12/2024, i have searched all garden and sheds etc nothing there was quick enough to take money from bank when order was 1st placed

Didn't receive the product. No reply to my emails. Buy somewhere else 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Rubbish. Sent cheap bracelet instead of an vibro plate after excuse after excuse about order volumes. No longer responding. Scammers

I ordered a TurboFit on November 29th, 2024. They gave me a Tracking number that said the item delivered in Austin, Texas on December 15th, 2024, which it was supposed to come to North Carolina. It only took 2 weeks delivery from Hong Kong? That's one lie, second...they gave me a bogus tracking number, third....they took the money out of my bank account, fourth...no correspondence with this Company what so ever after numerous emails. My other items have delivered, I don't understand the problem with this one!!

This is a scam site! Ordered on 20/12/24 and received a notification 2 days ago saying delivered…it never was!! All emails to them have bounced back. Have reported them to the credit card company. Avoid at all costs…scammers!!!

Never received anything, scam and stay away from these people.
Ordered on 22 November, was told that will be little bit delays with delivery because too many orders. No one responding to the last email. Just stay away from this website
