I had a good experience reserving F1…
I had a good experience reserving F1 tickets for Monza with OLKA. About 10 days before the event they sent an email that tickets will be delivered physically to the hotel if we stayed in Milan or Como instead of online, but we explained that we don’t stay at a hotel during those days and they sent the tickets online for us approximately 4 days before the event. The customer service was also responsive and helpful, so we are satisfied with the service.

Couldn’t be happier. Worked very good. Bought the tickets for AS Roma-Bologna a couple of days before the game and it went very smoothly. Will definitely use olka express again.

You contacted us the day before the match wondering about the QR code and we sent you clear instructions on how to open and save your tickets in your mobile. On matchday, when you had problems getting in to the stadium,you could have called our emergency number and we could have helped you over the phone.
The number is stated on your booking confirmation and also in the email our clients receive along with their tickets.

Missleading information
We received tickets and instructions well in time. I had bought 3 tickets - 1 for me and 2 for children. You mentioned that seats are not guaranteed to be side by side but they should be as close as possible. There were about 20 000 people between me and my children! You can imaging how easy it is to find your children in a stadium of 80 000 spectators. Please check how seats are numbered in Santiago Bernabeu.

thank you for your feedback. Much appreciated. We are very sorry to hear that you were not seated closer to your children. We do state in the text regarding seats together, for the category you booked, that there is no guarantee this is possible. It is not a common occurance to be seated so far away, but there is a risk that will happen, especially for popular Champions League games such as the one you attended. Tickets for Real Madrid are also extremely popular this season.
We do offer a category were 3 tickets are guaranteed seats together, which would have been a better option for you and your children.
Despite the seating issue, we hope you got to see a good Champions League game and had a nice stay in Madrid!
