Ollie is great (the people and service)
Ollie has been great and my dog really likes the food. It’s easy to order and manages and seems to be high quality. The biggest surprise with Ollie has been the support. Anytime I’ve needed support the Ollie team has been super responsive with great quality. I’ve tried many subscription dog food and/or treat options and they make support very difficult to find (especially when trying to delay/pause orders) but Ollie makes it easy. They have a real human in the loop which is great. And, when I’ve needed to interact with the automated bot/messaging it’s actually good and gets the job done right away without all the questions - they seem to optimize for action. I haven’t been paid to write this. I never write reviews. But it’s clear Ollie prioritizes support and I appreciate they have humans in the loop that seem to care.

Buyer Beware
Do not use them. Buyer beware! This company has predatory business practices and does not care about animals or people! After calling repeafily to cancel a subscription and not being able to reach anyone I blocked my card) then after 3 months they ran my card (once I unblocked it) and shipped me an entire months worth of food. They will not issue a refund. This is all over social media and Google. I should have done more research. I will be donating their crap food to a shelter and telling anyone who asks not to use them. Do not use them. Lulu did not adjust to it. Perhaps a larger shelter dog will do better with it. Not worth the price and should not be trusted with your credit card… Go to Chewey Best customer service and no bs.

If you can send over a copy of the donation receipt or slip from the shelter, I’d be more than happy to review your account to see if we can issue a full refund for that shipment.

Coco loves her meals!
I am very pleased with the quality of Ollie meals. Great selection of food choices. My cavapoochon, Coco loves the Turkey and Blueberries meals. Her very favorite treats are the salmon and coconut, I definitely can’t run out of them.

I have been using Ollie for the last month.
I have been using Ollie for the last month and have nothing but great things to say about the company, the dog meals and the customer service. My dog needs to lose a little weight but has been on steroids due to a back issue, IVDD. Trying to get the right diet organized is tricky and all the correspondence with Ollie has been so informative, helpful and understanding to my dogs situation. The fact that they have veterinarians to help and veterinary technicians is incredibly helpful getting organized with your dogs diet, especially if you worry about your dog like I do!
I think they offer a great service, my dog really enjoys the meals. The meals are delivered frozen, packed with dry ice and insulated to keep the food frozen and secure during transport.
I am so happy I decided to use Ollie, there’s always a slight bit of trepidation trying new companies and especially as I have not purchased dog food like this before but it exceeds my expectations and I thoroughly recommend their products and the additional help and service they provide. 10/10.

They were quick to respond and very polite
Customer service was very polite in their response to what I saw as a problem. In retrospect I think I was too hasty in my decision. I am going to donate the delivery to our local rescue as I told Ollie I would. After all Ollie is going to refund my money. Then I will wait awhile and try to order from Ollie for my 17 yr old chi mix. He has only two teeth in his mouth (most lost before I adopted him) and Ollie's packs of food looked like something he could eat. I am in my 80's and I hope Ollie will forgive me.

I knew when to expect it and even though it was a warm day, the dry ice was still VERY cold and I was able to get it all in my freezer quickly. It is nice to have my Order delivered where I asked it to be. The timing was great as I have only one more serving before I needed to thaw a package.

Nearly 2 years of expert service! We have been feeding our boy “Rodney”…
We have been feeding our boy “Rodney” Ollie’s fresh food for 2 years and he loves it. Customer Service is absolutely the best, regardless of problem or questions. Rodney had some recent medical issues which necessitated feeding chicken & rice for a couple weeks. Ollie’s gladly temporarily stopped our shipments during that time. When Rodney’s regular food was needed, just an email ( on a Saturday!) got the delivery started and we received his food in perfect timing. The food is always fresh and the timing of deliveries top notch. I am impressed with this business.
