I’ve ordered their thongs after seeing their products on instagram. I’m always very hesitant to trying things that pop up on the internet but at the time I was looking into it there was a 3+3 free action so I decided to give it a try.
The shipment took longer because of some delay but the team made sure to stay in contact with me the whole time and was sending me updates about my order. When the package arrived I was very excited and I wasn’t disappointed. The material is very soft and nice on the skin and even though these are the first thongs I’ve ever tried they’re extremely comfortable!
When choosing the size based on their sizing guide I opted for mix of S and M sizes. Unfortunately both turned out to be bigger on me which led to the lower belly area to gape on me. I’ve discussed the opportunity of size exchange with them and they’ve been very quick to respond and finalize the exchange.

Honestly a very pleasurable experience and a great product. No camel toe and no sweat marks in the “lower belly” area.

A 5/5 for me!

I absolutely loved the low-rise pants, but unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Emily from customer service was incredibly helpful—she responded within minutes and offered a free exchange, even letting me keep the original pair! Such a great experience. Highly recommend! :)

My second time ordering from Olora as I loved the high rise pants and wanted to try the low rise ones. One I received the low rise I realised they were too small and wanted to exchange for the mid rise pants instead and Olora were so quick at getting back to me and even said to keep the low rise pant and they would send me a new set of mid rise free of charge! Would defo order from them again!

These are the perfect thongs for my strength training and HIIT workouts! No lines, extra soft and helps absorb any extra sweat. I've tried several brands and this is my new definite goto.
There support team is also very friendly, helpful and were quick to respond to my inquiry.

I received my order and the sizing was a bit small for me. I contacted their support team and was amazed with Chloe and Emily’s fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful assistance. They offered to send me a size up replacement at no additional cost. I hope they work out this time, but either way wanted to share how awesome their support team is. Will purchase again if sizing works out.

The product itself was not what I was looking for and didn’t fit my need. But the customer service was outstanding! They have a money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied and they honored that and made it easy for me. They were really kind and responsive and overall it was a very pleasant interaction.

These thongs are just the best! I never feel self conscious in my tight gym leggings anymore! I've got these in black but I'm about to purchase "sand" coloured ones too for my lighter clothes.

Also, how refreshing it is to get email replies that have been personalised and that have just so clearly responded to what's been said. This seems be so rare these days. Often you just get copy pasted generic replies. It makes communication so much easier (and quicker!)

Great product and great customer service every time! The product is exactly what it says and honestly, I have the original and much more expensive brand and this one rivals them for a fraction of the price! I have had repeat orders already.
Also - every time I have contacted customer service they are SO fast to respond and always take care of any issue and make it right 10-fold. Its honestly very impressive.
