After initial problems with Olotels I have now received a full refund. Thank you a very happy outcome.

I received al call from customer service at olotel this morning, I then changed the Email address at their request to have the confirmation and voucher sent to me . I did receive them BUT THE HOTEL STILL HAS NO RESERVATION AT 24 HOURS POST BOOKING.
I WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE THE REFERENCE / RESERVATION NUMBER THAT THE SERVICE REPRESENATIVE WAS SUPPOSED TO GET FROM THE HOTEL AND SEND TO ME.VIA MY NEW EMAIL ADDRESS THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.I AM VERY VERY CONCERNED AS TO WHY THE RESERVATION HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO THE HOTEL.

The Email issue I had been having was resolved by using another Email . Initially there was a delay in the reservation getting to the hotel, and the reference number to me. This was all resolved at about 48 hours and I am very satisfied with the customer service department working to get this completed.

I was redirected to this site from Kayak, price for LVH hotel was so much cheaper than advertised major site prices.. Thought it was a scam.. But at this price i was willing to take the chance and dispute my credit card after if necessary.. Received my email voucher promptly. Called hotel directly to confirm reservation.. All in order.. Great room on high floor with great views...industry colleagues also staying but at 4 times the price.. Will use this site again.

I ended up at olotels site looking for a hotel in Ottawa, ON, Canada. The site was stating that breakfast is provided with my rate, I'm pretty sure I've seen images of a hot tub although I cannot find them any more and I've booked a room for 3 adults and a child.
Hotel stuff has never heard of the term "provided" regarding breakfast and needless to say that the breakfast was not included in my rate.
The property does not have any pool or hot tub.
The room I booked was apparently spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults but it only had 2 twin (not queen or whatever) beds. We are not oversized people but how on earth can 2 twin beds can be enough for 4 normal size adults?
Hotel stuff resolved the issue but hey, this kind of info should be found at the booking site unless I'm seriously missing something

Not only did Ototels find a cheap rate at Bally's Atlantic City, the reserved room was marked Luxury. While Checking in, the reservation included a code the front desk never saw before. While she spoke to her manager, I thought, "I'm getting screwed because I used an unfamiliar booking site. It turns out the code UPGRADED my stay to a double luxury room. Go Ototels. Very happy.

I booked hotel for 4 nights with this website over a week ago and still have got no email of confirmation or voucher to present at the hotel for check in.
I had to contact the hotel myself to see if my booking was even made.
olotels does not have any way to contact them on their website, no phone number, no email only a contact engine that does not work.
very annoyed customer.

after posting on here my problem olotels replied very promptly and sorted out the issue.
I would like to thank them for their quick resolution and would like to say that I will use their booking site again in the future.

This is a good hotel. We went for a wedding and it was all correct. In our opinnion, breakfast was quite poor but the rest was good.

Was really impressed by this hotel, staff were very friendly and no problems. Very nice and quiet, great getaway if you want to revitalise yourself!!

It's a best hotel close to the train station and about 10 minutes of the city centre by foot.

So, I booked 3 days in Las Vegas from Olotels early in January 2014. The rooms were 45.00 per night and all other websites had the room for 89.00 per night. I figured if they are not legit I will just report it to my credit company, but how would I know until I arrive to the Hotel. So, I took a change.. I arrived and my rooms were booked and the lady said I had a free breakfast continental normally priced at 17.00 dollars and I had an allowance for 9.00 daily. I said What and Wow !! checked in... next morning got my breakfast and so did in the following two days. I could not believe it. So, then I booked 5 days for New York Trip. Once again 55% from other site. I said Ok they will get me this time. Arrived and all went perfect. Wow so, I of course I try to use other sites for my hotels and to find the better deal and over and over Olotels beats any competition. Currently I have 7 nights for a room in Toronto Canada for July 2014 at 55% from any other website. I already, called in the hotel to verify my room and is a GO. So far I love this Olotels, but do shop around sometimes other website have better deals, but when Olotels has the deal you want get it quickly. I am very content with Olotels and I trust them fully. OH I figured how to save money too, on all website. Say you want 5 days at a hotel it may be 100.00 per night, but if you do 3 nights then 2 nights booking at times I have seen the rooms to be lot cheaper like 55.00 instead of 100.00 I fully trust Olotels..

After hours of research I managed to find what I thought was the perfect hotel for my pre cruise stay in Fort Lauderdale for the night of 7th of March 2014.
The selection was based on value for money, location, shuttle bus service and good reviews.
I pressed on the link from Jestcost to the Olotel site and went ahead and booked the Hotel. I was aware at the time that the small print did not allow any modification or cancelation to my booking.
Last night when I came to print off the booking confirmation I realised that the confirmation related to a different hotel.
On the Jetcost site I had selected .
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ft.Lauderdale Airport Cruise
1150 W. State Rd 84
Which showed Olotel as being the cheapest by far as £111.
However what I had not noticed was on pressing the Olotel link to select this site It took me to
Holiday Inn Express and Suites Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport
1500 West Commercial Boulevard
I checked again last night and again today and the fault is still there .
To rub salt into the wound I could of got the executive airport cheaper elsewhere ( not sure how the Olotel price guarantee works ).
I tried to use the contact Olotel via their contcat us form but It does not appear to be working
Olotel rang me back the same day I posted the trustpilot review and offered me a full refund . happy with this solution

Do NOT expect to keep what you have booked. They will charge you instantly. If the hotel do not confirm the booking (even if you always get a confirmation), which you might not find out before 10-days later (such as in my case), they will just send you a "auto reply" to contact them urgently regarding your reservation. To avoid evidence and not to leave any tracks, they ask you to call them instead of email (they will most likely claim it´s for another reason).

So when this happens, they give you 2-alternatives (if you are lucky). 1: Refund full amount (not true) 2: Choose another hotel with lower standard (even if they claim its the same standard it never is). The refund takes another week if your lucky. But now to the worst part. If you choose the re-fund, your will not get the full amount. I paid in foreign currency and lost about 10-20% when refunded.

So it´s really up to you but I would AVOID AT ANY COST booking with this company, even if you find it tempting, especially if the price is low, your are most likely falling into the trap of loosing your money and your valuable time to this company.

If you are really lucky, and there is no problem and you do not have to contact this company, you would probably rate them higher. But you have BEEN WARNED.

The reply from them to this will be some standard bullshit excuse reply like in all the other cases further down so don´t be stupid and pay too much attention to that.

I would never spend my time writing this complain if it was not LEGIT. Just want to save your vacation from being ruined like mine.... All the best luck!

We got a very god price for the hotel we booked compered to other hotelwebsites. no problem with finding the hotelvoucher, easy to navigate on the olotels website.

The cheapest prices, a lot of choice and a good service!

Olotel .com charged me twice without confirming ...the money was immediately debited..I was in constant touch with olotel.com and they assured me that they have not received the money.After 9 days the money was credited back.

I was very skeptical about buying an all-inclusive weeklong stay in Jamaica from an unknown vendor in Hong Kong. Reading the online reviews had me terrified. I emailed Couples Swept Away to ask if they would match the olotels advertised price. The reservationist replied that they have a price match policy, but she would not approve my request because she had never heard of olotels.com. She offered me a room rate similar to the rate advertised by the established online retailers. I went ahead and booked the trip with olotels.com and saved $1,120. There were no hitches with the reservation when we arrived in Negril.

We arrived at the hotel, was warmly greeted and looked after, the hotel was very clean and we were looked after, we will be back soon.

The hotel booking by olotels.com was quick and for a good price.
The Vandervalk hotel in Rotterdam Blijdorp was less good .
The room had no outside window!(room 442). Only a very noisy airco !
Kitchen is good.
