No issues, Olotels came out with the cheapest price for a one night stay at Radisson Blue a Hotel in Birmingham.hassle free transaction. Check in was fine will use Olotels again No problem.

I was very pleased with the Atrium Bridgewater in Manchester. They offered small and luxurious appartments at a reasonable price. It was clean and quiet.

Great price, free breakfast, definitely stay again. One small niggle, lights in the en-suite and in front of the full length mirror could be brighter.

Unfortunately we were unable to print out our voucher - despite several approaches have still not been able to do so. Have to trust that when we arrive at our hotel, there will not be a problem !!

So this summer I had booked a room through olotels.com. The price was half of what other ordinary companies would take, which made me a little bit suspicious, which led me to do a little research (before I booked). I found different stories with dissatisfied customers aswell along with very happy customers, so I thought I would just take the chance and try it out.
Long story short, I booked a room for about total 250 EUR, when I came to the hotel they said I had no room booked in my name and that many people come to them claiming olotels booked a room for them, which they apparently didn't.
I wrote to olotels trying to get my money back, sent them the invoice of my payment and no answer ever since.

Really Nice location of the hotel. Easy to locate from the airport. The room Was nice. Breakfast Was Nice, but some days better than others. The hotel is quite old.
otel.com took the money when we ordered the room. That is not ok, several months before the stay.

We received a call from the fraud department of our bank today to confirm that we'd made a purchase from France. We became a little concerned about our reservation after that and after reading some of Olotels reviews. The money has not come out of our account yet, but I called the hotel just now and they DO have our reservation! Yea! We are hoping this helps someone else out there, who's a little concerned about booking through Olotels.

During the booking process the cancelation policy never loaded. After waiting five minutes I went directly to the hotel's website and figured the policy would be the same (small fee for canceling prior to 24 hours). When I paid, learned that the policy was total refund for canceling.
When I brought this disparage of policies to Olotels customer service I was put into an endless loop of auto responses.
I stayed at the hotel, so the cancelation policy wasn't an issue. The price was very good but the room you get will be one lesser rooms. In my case, the room had a bad view, required traveling in two elevators and walking under the street in a tunnel. The room was nice and since I didn't spend a lot of time there except for sleep (and it was quiet), the bad didn't matter much.
