Wide range of hotels and easy to make reservation

Hotel very clean and in a good location. The bar was not open half the time and access to the pool should be through the hotel. There was very little information on the area in lobby and reception staff were not very help full.

The hotel was not the best but the booking process is uncomplicated.

Was trying to book a hotel for a conference and hotel website showed it was all booked. I went through kayak.com instead and it showed that not only rooms were available but also lower priced. I took a chance and decided to go with the website I had not heard of and was pleasantly surprised that the reservation went through. Only hitch is that there is a credit card charge and the subsequent foreign transaction fee (for US users).

I was trying to book a room for commonwealth games at a reasonable price not the stupid prices offered by everybody else, came upon this site and achieved room satisfactoryprice and very happy with feedback. Well done

but horrible loud construction workers with a machine.

We booked a room for 1 night at a 5 star hotel in Manchester. We got a very good rate with Olotels. However when we arrived at our hotels we were told there was no booking. Coincidentally, a couple were also at the desk waiting for their query to be resolved which we found was the same issue as ours. The receptionist called Olotels to sort both our missing bookings out and found for some reason both our room bookings had been cancelled . Lucky enough the hotel were able to accommodate us but it was very frustrating and worrying wondering if we were going to get our room or not. Having not used your website before I also worried that I had booked on a fraudulent website. This put a very bad start to our evening away and meant we were delayed.

by the way, I reserved by name Mr. Miyazaki but actually I, Mr. Kenji Mori, staid at Hotel,
I used my credit card for reservation too.

Can you change the reservation name so that our accounting section would not complain for the receipt without my name.

Got excellent rate and easy to book great hotel in central location

Do not use olotels.com to book your room. They are a new company and completely unreliable. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and am extremely pissed.

Easy handling, Hotel was really good - so everything was done very well

Had a quiet time at Melbourne, hotel clean, breakfast good, pool had great hours and staff were very helpful, especially the staff member who allowed me to use the pool shower 12 hours after I checked out.
Cheap and well located.

I booked a 4 night stay in Barcelona. After a fair amount of research and reading of reviews I kept coming back to Hotel Astoria. It was exactly as the pictures on the Internet. I didn't book breakfast as I was told that it was cheaper to eat out than in any Hotel. Once you work out where you are the Hotel is in a good location with a Metro Station 10 mins walk away & Taxi's are parked just across the road. I would definitely stay here and would recommend it to anyone that asked.

Booking with Olotels simple, straightforward with no problems. Easy to print out
relevant paperwork. Check in/check out - no problem

A large old hotel which is part of the attraction, great great location for local and travel further afield, large free car park. Getting expensive for a three star.

I felt fooled after while they added costs which was not given upfront before selecting.

After the purchase they sent spam offer.

I have been using this website for the first time and was impressed by the discount rates offered on top hotels. Eveything worked great, would recommend the site and will use it for my next trips.
