Med sikker sans for håndværk og design har Olsson Møbler formået at tiltrække den kræsne forbruger der interesserer sig for funktionelle og tidløse designmøbler. Olsson Møbler har i dag møbelhus i København, som siden 1932 har ligget på Søtorvet med udsigt til søerne, samt i Rudersdal – Birkerød som holder til huse i 3 etagers bygning på Mølledamsvej 2. Poor (and stupid) customer service
We were good customers. Spent DKK50,000 in the shop about 8 years ago. Just moved to a new place. Lost the little wooden legs to one of the sofas. Olsen replaced them (at a cost of DKK1200!). A week later the old legs turned up. But Olsen refused to take the new legs back - despite my consumer right to return them within two weeks. As I explained to them in the shop - they have lost a good customer - for nothing. These are standard Olsen sofa legs - nothing fancy. Now that is plain stupid. We will be furnishing our new apartment this winter - but not from Olsenmobler!
