Disappointed

My husband and I really liked Seb, he was friendly and his previous work looked good; so we picked him to do our backyard, then we started noticing that we had to keep chasing him to complete the work; we assumed he overbooked himself. He mentioned having a team but we only saw him. He did some work just in time for our son’s first birthday but he was due to come back and finish the edges. Our son’s birthday was towards the end of 2024 but the work still hasn't been completed like he promised until January 2026. I texted him multiple times, he eventually ignored us. Our work was not completed but he was paid. Very unfortunate because we were going to recommend him to others after he was done. Disappointed.
