Value for money
The ready made meals just isn’t it at all, the amount you get just isn’t it. If I wanted something so little like that I would’ve gone to the takeaway shop down the road. £9.99 for chicken stew and £9.99 for ayemase stew you’d think I bought it from the takeaway shop. I’ve ordered from olumo before years ago and I bought the same ayemase stew but back then there was a lot it came in a big container so I’m not sure what has changed but honestly I don’t think I’ll be ordering ready made stew from you guys anymore.

I didn’t get what I ordered for. I ordered for Jekanmo products but i was sent coco samba. I have never heard about coco samba before. Please send what’s ordered for and not a replacement.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
I have to say one of the worst company’s to order from not only do they not ensure you receive your items but when you try to get clarification about the whereabouts of your order you are abused and dismissed by their staff. I’ve had to now contact my bank to get my money back

Still awaiting for refund, after order cancelled due to much of order out of stock.
I have emailed, used website and website chat with no response to date.
Phoned but got voicemail.
My first time ordering from this company, and unfortunately may be my last. Especially with poor customer service, not able to speak to anyone, no response to email, webchat and online contact, and delayed receipt of refund.
I wanted to support a ethnically owned company, but am sadden that I have to give such a low rate about it,
Because of lack of correspondence and action in regards to my refund, which I am still waiting for.
