This place is an absolute scam, I ordered a dress with a criss cross back, what came was just a zip. The material was horrific and the dress was not as described, I believe they’re using AI images or using Olivia Rose Londons official branding to sell their “Olvia Rose” items. I went to return, firstly not knowing the return place is in China, but then because it is incorrect and not as described their T&Cs show they should pay for returns. I asked for this and they said no I have to pay and also pay for customs (which together is approx £20!) with no guarantee it will even get there. Instead they offered me 10% REFUND! And to keep the dress. I said no. After back and forth for about a week, me mentioning my consumer rights, showing them their OWN terms and conditions, sending pictures to prove it is wrong, I got nowhere. I threatened legal action, chargeback, but they had none of it. In the end I got a 30% refund for a £45 dress and kept the item. There was no way I was sending this back and risking losing £65! AWFUL company, scammers, and the return address was Mr Wang in some random apartment block down Pinghu Street in China. CRAZY I KNOW!!! Please just don’t make the mistake I did, awful company with no respect or decency. AVOID!

Dress was very cheap and nothing like shown on the website. It literally comes from SHEIN it looks like, same packaging etc but much more expensive. Told me I can return at my own cost to china and it would need to be tracked or i can have a 20% refund and keep it. Return was more than the dress! Don’t buy from here!

Scam website - They are scamming pretending to be a boutique store in London, using another trusted companies name - DO NOT from here as the dresses are poor quality, shipped from China and the customer service is AI without any appropriate resolutions or solutions available.

Really simple shopping process.

Took 3 weeks to arrive. The quality of the products is the worst I’ve ever seen.
I attempted to return them, customer service kept offering me replacements and a 10% refund without posting the clothes. Asked again for a full refund, they kept saying the garments wouldn’t make it through customs.
Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs

Thought I had come across a great deal when this website come up as an ad on social media and they had a great sale.
Ordered a dress which was slow to arrive - checked it was dispatched from China to Ireland.
When the dress arrived, it was NOTHING like the photos on the website. The website has used fake photos or has taken photos from another website to promote. The quality was terrible and the pattern/material and style was not as described.
When trying to create a return, I was continually being offered a refund of any item on the website, exchange and site credit etc and although I was requesting a full refund, this was not even being considered as a request.
I was finally provided with a return address and was advised I would need to cover the cost of shipping.
The customer service was poor and I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company.

Very poor. A scam based in China. The clothes are nothing like the pictures and trying to get a refund is impossible. Do not buy from these people.

Thought I was ordering from Olivia Rose but realised on arrival of item I hadn’t. 2 dresses were bought both poor quality and bad fit. No return details I have emailed them 3 times to return but no response. Stay away from this company

This company is a fake company. They send you the most cheapest naff dress which is not what you’ll see on line. Mine arrived with white marks all on the black so even if I liked the naff dress I couldn’t wear it. I am trying to send back and they are making it difficult telling me now I have to pay to send back and custom charges. This company is Chinese you send back to china and it costs a small fortune and custom charges on top. They are a con and do not buy or waste your time. Just Chinese crap pretending to be a London boutique.

Jumpsuit not as advertised.
Purchased a black ‘cotton and elastane’ blend jumpsuit. Arrived very late, only to find it was made of very cheap shiny polyester (confirmed on label) made in china. Really not worth the price. Poor quality and no shipping updates either. First and last purchase from this brand.
