There was a great selection of dress’s which was ideal as I had no idea what style I wanted to go for! The website was easy to use and great pricing!

But chances are if you are here you have already been scammed by them.

Items advertised are not what you receive. Same quality as you would expect from Shein or Temu but about x10 the price.

When I asked for a refund they ignored me completely and said it would be easier to accept a discount for a future purchase.

Decided to speak to my bank and start a claim to get my funds back. They completed the investigation and I received my full amount back.

I honestly wished I had looked at the reviews before I ordered my dress. The dress arrived just too big for me. But to return the item is unreal. You have to pay return tracked costs, their original delivery costs and any customs!! I ended up getting 25% of my £45 back. So feel they are just scammers so have kept the majority of my money. BE WARNED MUCH BETTER OFF USING TEMU/SHEIN they just send you a QR code for return. Lesson learnt with an emptier pocket.

Terrible company, they use fake pictures of dresses, then once you've bought, they send a ridiculous attempt to copy said dress. Nothing like the picture.
When you try to return, its a nightmare, they try to offer a credit note, (but you won't want anything else after having anything from there). Cost nearly £30 to return it to China. Avoid at all costs.

Such a beautiful selection of dresses, it was hard to choose! The checkout process was slick and easy. I can’t wait to receive my order and start to accessorise my stunning new dress!

I can only imagine that any review of more than 1 star are AI bots or paid fake reviews.

The dress that arrived looks nothing like what my wife ordered. I have never seen something of such poor quality.

Been trying to get a refund for at least a week each time just get offered store credit and each time it’s a new person so just go round in circles.

This has come from china not the UK as this pathetic company suggests.

Cheap materials, and poor quality. Sadly it is definitely fast fashion with a high price tag to fool you into thinking its a high quality brand. Sizing is all wrong, very small and very short on length.

Do not fall for this scam, it's selling bad quality items that you'd expect from shein etc, but with a £40+ price tag. I will attempt for a refund, but I don't have high hopes now I know it's not the brand I thought.

0 stars. Dress arrived smelling damp in a plastic zip bag. It has come from China not London like the website states. It's got lime green patches in the dress which weren't in the original images which now I believe aren't their images. The dress has a faulty zip, no tags or labels and cheap lining that's not stitched well.
I will need to pay to return to China for a refund so opened dispute with my bank.

I had ordered a dress for a wedding from here, but when researching that same dress I had found the original designer and this website had just stolen images, as upon arrival it did not look anything like what it was supposed to be. In fact, the same stolen image of the dress is being advertised on Shein, and is definitely the same knock off being sold on this website. When requesting a refund, thus far they have been extremely difficult. You can only request a refund via email, and even though on the website it states that within 30 days of purchasing you can get a refund, they are quite literally refusing to refund me. I have been offered store credit and exchanges rather than the refund, which is not what I want and is not being offered in a generous or kind way, but is definitely maliciously misleading into not giving people their money back. After further emails, they have offered me 10% refund of the purchase price?What sense does this make? It is seriously beyond me. Additionally, the emails being sent to me are not professional in the slightest, rather they are sloppy and unprofessional. The 'customer service support team' cannot even type my three letter name correctly, typos everywhere, AI SLOP. Not to mention the typosquatting used, as their name 'Olvia Rose' seems to be pretending to be 'Olivia Rose', a genuine brand being sold on Debenhams website. Their entire website is AI SLOP and not genuine whatsoever. Disgusting, misleading, absolutely foul DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

It's fast fashion disguised as a high end retailer.
Despite ordering from a website called "Olivia Rose London" the package took 3 weeks to arrive from China and what arrived was cheap chiffon dresses, one with belt missing and no labels on any garment. I have gone to their website and the return policy says before returning you have to email them photos of the item in original packaging and await approval before returning (but if it goes over the 30 day money back guarantee it wont be approved). Extremely difficult to get customers service to grant premission for refund and any returns posted without approval will not be refunded.
Have to return to china via tracked mail, which works out 30% of order price. Cheap clothes for high prices and a poor customer experience. Don't buy!!

My daughter ordered a dress for her engagement party after she found this site which looks very uk, shes clearly mistaken it with the real company Olivia rose which genuinely sells through debenhams this other site Olvia(spelt without the first i) rose london.com..comes up on google when you search for the genuine company ..nice photos,quality looking products,great customer service details with 30 day guarantee etc ...how wrong! Alarm bells began when it took 3 times longer than was told for delivery then arrived covered in Chinese labels..
obvious to us now looking deeper into it all A.I generated website Proper bunch of scammers she's had numerous emails back and fourth asking to return the dress and get a full refund,it's not like it was advertised and they've sent an xs instead of an xl.(it states on their site if they send anything wrong or damaged it is not the customers responsibility to pay return shipping) All they're doing is offering partial percentage refunds or another item if she covers shipping,or shes got to pay to return it...to china! Their customer service is rude and just keeps quoting she checks the shipping details on their site..clearly they don't know what's written on their site themselves. Shouldn't be allowed to falsely advertise in the UK in this misleading way,she's been ripped off by a bunch of scammers, we're hoping she can get the money back on bank charge back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY,VERY CLEVER WEBSITE RIPPING INNOCENT PEOPLE OFF..and there's nothing it seems anyone can do about it.
